Evie Canary

Evie Canary is an 11 year old actor and filmmaker. Evie played the child lead in the feature length movie Phantom Fun-World by Jonestown Films, which will be released at Horrorhound Film Festival in August 2023. She was the lead in the short film Target, directed by Paige Duffy. She was also a member of the supporting cast in the show A Kid Named Bug, produced by Emperium Studios.
Evie recently wrote, directed, and acted in her own short horror film, Mama, which won second place in the S.O.S Spooktacular Showdown. Mama also won the 2022 Indie Spirit Award at the S.O.S. Indie Horror Film Fest and the Audience Choice Award at The Hilliard Short Film Festival.
Evie does street performances as Eleven from Stranger Things and shares videos of people's reactions on social media and YouTube. One of those videos went viral and she has her own hashtag, #AthensEleven.
Evie loves to act in all types of roles, but she is particularly interested in the horror genre and loves gore!
Evie has completed Broadway 2 LA Film Class and two years of Stuart's Opera House Summer Theater Acting Camp.
