- Michael Kirchner was born on September 7, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He was an actor, known for WWF Championship Wrestling (1972), WWF Superstars (1986) and Saturday Night's Main Event (1985). He was married to Tina Duke. He died on December 22, 2021 in Siler City, North Carolina, USA.

- Mike Kirchner had been the original Leatherface, for the FMW promotion in Japan. He had a short run in the WWF as Corporal Kirchner and appeared at Wrestlemania 2 in a winning effort against Nikolai Volkoff. He also appeared on July 11, 1985 at The WWF Wrestling Classic Tournament where he was defeated by Adrian Adonis in Round 1. He failed to strike it big in The WWF and left to wrestle in Stampede Promotions in Western Canada Provinces.
- In the 1990s Corporal Kirschner worked for FMW in Japan as "Super Leather", a Leatherface gimmick. His finishing move was The Cobra Clutch. He first appeared on the wrestling scene as a jobber named R.T. Reynolds.
- Was the inspiration for 2005 ECWA Super 8 Tournament Finalist Andrew Ryker to get into the wrestling business.
