- Embarrassing moments? I can't remember many... Back in 2004, my agent put me forward for a number of roles in Goal! convinced that I would have a good chance to be considered for one of them. Goal! - "Paparazzi are not camping outside my house quite yet. I have been around a few years; it's just that people didn't notice me before as much, I guess. I am from a family with no industry connections back at home or telenovela experience, like Gael or Kuno, so it would be a real challenge to learn to deal with the media on daily basis. But through the years I have developed a thick skin. I haven't changed at all as a person, but I have gained experience, confidence and self believe. I was one of those kids who were put down by school bullies and were told they would never make it. Like everyone in the industry, I had some setbacks, but many good things are happening in my life now and I feel I'm fortunate to be working. One of my acting teachers once said that rejection is God's protection. There's something in it.
