Her son Rui, won a nationwide casting for the next TV presenter of "Curto Circuito", a well-known cable show.
Her husband is one of the most influential men in Portuguese radio. She worked herself in radio for 10 years. They met in the '80s at Radio Renascença.
Has a university degree on "English and German Literature" from "Universidade Nova de Lisboa".
Has also a post-graduation degree from "Universidade Católica" on "Sciences of Communication".
Coordinates both TVI's daytime talk-shows "Você na TV" and "As Tardes da Júlia".
Was a radio talk-show host for most of the '80s on "Rádio Renascença", "Antena 1" and "Rádio Nostalgia".
Oversees the development of new entertainment shows for TVI.
Has a stepdaughter named Sofia Pêgo.
