Well, it finally happened: Lizzo and Megan Thee Stallion just collaborated . . . sort of. On Wednesday, my unproblematic faves got together to cook up something special for their fans, and it was delivered in the form of a hilarious Instagram video of Megan twerking while Lizzo flawlessly plays the Ying Yang Twins' "Bounce That A**" on her flute, Sasha, in the background. "When Ariel, Ursula and Nala link up," Lizzo captioned the short clip. Honestly, if this isn't the mood you plan on finishing out your Summer with, then what are you even doing?
Megan also posted the video to her own page, along with another one of her letting Lizzo "drive the boat," another internet trend the rapper started that basically translates to taking a shot of D'usse straight out of the bottle. "And here we have @lizzobeeating on the boat," the caption reads. It's not clear if the...

Chance the Rapper and wife Kirsten Corley are getting down for the 'Gram! On Thursday, the 25-year-old rapper and his longtime love jammed out to Chingy's 2003 hit "Right Thurr" in a high-energy Instagram video. The dance break was in honor of the current Millennium Tour that features early 2000s R&B and hip-hop artists such as B2K, Pretty Ricky, Lloyd, Ying Yang Twins, and Chingy.
In the clip, Kirsten - who is pregnant with the couple's second child - shows off her growing belly while rocking a black dress and denim jacket. Meanwhile, Chance is in full 2000s mode with an oversize shirt, sweatband, wrist bands, and large chain.
The two recently got married in a stunning California ceremony, so it's been a pretty exciting time for them. Between marriage, a new baby on the way to join their 3-year-old daughter Kensli, and enjoying concerts together, it seems...

Savan Kotecha has built an exceptional career as a songwriter. But despite a résumé containing hits for Justin Bieber and Maroon 5, Kotecha was feeling glum when he first sat down with Ariana Grande to discuss songs that would later appear on 2014’s My Everything. Kotecha had played a key role in One Direction’s breakthrough, but “after the second album, they were kind of growing away from me, and I was kind of bummed out about that,” he recalls. “I dragged my wife from Sweden to the States, we’d just had a baby,...

"Oh, god," the older gentleman seated behind me at a screening of Office Christmas Party groaned as Ying Yang Twins' 2008 seminal holiday classic, "Deck da Club," blasted through the speakers over the film's opening titles.
It does seem like that song choice alone would tell you everything you need to know about this simply titled film, about a struggling firm that sells...computers (I think?) and the "nondenominational holiday mixer" they throw in an attempt to land a big deal and save their branch from being shuttered by their menacing, money monster of a CEO (Jennifer Aniston).
You might get a better idea of what this movie is, though, knowing who everyone plays: Jason Bateman plays Jason Bateman. Aniston is Horrible Bosses: Grinch Edition. T.J. As prestige dramas go, Breaking Bad has always been intense in a very particular way. (You don't see Don Draper or Coach Taylor robbing trains.) Over five seasons, characters have exclaimed excitement ("bitch!") and have uttered many threats ("bitch!"), and have blown up stuff. For the most part, this season has been all hushed voices: Hank whispering to Walt, Walt whispering to Skyler, Skyler whispering to Marie, everyone whispering to each other at a Mexican restaurant. It was begging to be mashed up with the Ying Yang Twins' whisper masterpiece "Wait (the Whisper Song)." A beg that was probably done in a whisper.

"We are about to turn some heads," the Ying Yang Twins tweeted on Sunday night, and they've managed to do just that.
"Miley Cyrus," the early 2000s rap group's newest track, is dedicated to its title pop star. Cyrus has made waves recently by being a late adopter of twerking, a dance that originated in the Southern hip-hop scene and involves the dancer rapidly shaking his or her rear.
The Ying Yang Twins refer to themselves as the "leaders of twerk" and are working on their upcoming mixtape, "Ass in Session," so it seems like they might be particularly well-suited at providing Cyrus -- who has attested to being a fan -- with a new soundtrack to her dancing adventures. Radio listeners may remember songs like "Saltshaker" and "Wait (The Whisper Song)" as emblematic of the Ying Yang Twins Atlanta-style hip-hop.
"Twerking" is only the latest aspect of black culture Cyrus has appropriated.

The greatest mashup artists don’t just find two songs with similar-sounding titles, smoosh, them together, and call it a day – they make ingenious connections between two or more tunes that seem as though they’d have nothing in common, combining them in a way that’s both totally surprising and perfectly coherent.
Take, for example, pomDeterrific’s “Call Me a Hole,” a crazy/good/crazy good mashup of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” and Nin’s “Head Like a Hole.” There may be only one thing on which both fresh-faced teens and Nin fans can agree: This song is awesome.

From Frank Sinatra to Lil Wayne? According experimental music video group, Cdza, this is how far romantic music has come between the '50s and the present day. To prove it, Cdza made a video titled "History of Wooing Women" to showcase the evolution.
The mashup begins with The Platters' classic "Only You," which was released in 1955 and takes viewers on a musical tour from then until 2010, where we end with Enrique Iglesias' slightly less classy "Tonight (I'm F**kin' You)." When Justin Bieber dropped his single "Boyfriend" last month, some music connoisseurs compared the track to the Ying Yang Twins' 2005 hit "Wait (The Whisper Song)." The song's tempo and production, Bieber's lyrical delivery, and the general whispery, low-key vibe of the track are reminiscent of the Twins' track.
Well, the Ying Yang Twins returned the favor on Wednesday by dropping their remix of the song. The track opens with the Twins proclaiming, "Ying Yang and Justin Bieber, oh!" and from there, they spit some sexy lines about whisking a girl off her feet.
"I don't wanna be your boyfriend, I wanna be your man/ He a little-bitty boy, I'm a grown man/ I can take you overseas, a harmless breeze/ Then you and me can have sex...

Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" got the remix treatment from rap duo the Ying Yang Twins this week. The twosome dropped their take on the singer's single late Wednesday, amping up the song's sexiness with their signature sense of innuendo.
Playing on the song's title, the Twins (D-Roc and Kaine) note on their verses that while Bieber is offering up his services as your boyfriend, they're a little older and a little wiser and want to be your older sister's man. When MTV News spoke to D-Roc on Thursday (May 10), he talked a little bit about wanting to have fun with the Mike Posner/ Mason Levy-produced track.
