Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what went down in this episode…
Match #1: Blair Davenport def. Nikkita Lyons The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Despite months of anticipation and pent-up frustration, Nikkita Lyons couldn’t exact payback on the Superstar that injured her, Blair Davenport. The two rivals brawled before the match even began, and the action continued once the bell rang as both Superstars pummeled each other. Lyons was determined, but Davenport kept attacking her previously injured knee, with a chop block and a vicious knee strike securing her victory.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic – Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin def. Gallus The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Match #1: Josh Briggs, Brooks Jensen, & Fallon Henley def. The Meta-Four The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
After some harsh words backstage at Nxt Deadline, Josh Briggs, Brooks Jensen, and Fallon Henley took down the Meta-Four in a Six-Person Mixed Tag Team Match. Nxt Heritage Cup Champion Noam Dar, Oro Mensah, and Lash Legend wasted no time in getting the match started as they jumped their opponents, but Briggs, Jensen, and Henley rallied. Out of nowhere, Tiffany Stratton appeared and attacked Henley, but Briggs stepped up in the ensuing chaos and hit a massive lariat on Dar, securing the win for his team.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Men’s Breakout Tournament – Oba Femi def. Myles Borne The following is courtesy of wwe.

Match #1: Carmelo Hayes def. Axiom The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Axiom and Carmelo Hayes collided at Nxt Deadline as two of the competitors in the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge, only for both of them to come up short. Now in a one-on-one contest against each other, both men showed off their supreme athleticism and their savvy technician skills early on. Axiom took the match to another level thanks to an incredible dropkick and a snapping German Suplex as he flew through the ropes. A top rope Hurricanrana seemed to spell doom for Hayes, but interference from Trick Williams allowed Hayes to counter and follow up with Nothing But Net that delivered him the win.

Match #1: Roxanne Perez def. Indi Hartwell The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Former friends Roxanne Perez and Indi Hartwell battled it out on Nxt with Hartwell using her strength, power, and new mean attitude to take control over the smaller Perez. The agility of Perez allowed her to gain some momentum, as a big diving crossbody to the outside of the ring flipped the script. Before Hartwell could deliver the deciding blow with her brute force, Perez knocked her down to the mat, allowing her enough time to hit Pop Rox and seal the win.

Match #1: Cora Jade def. Wendy Choo The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Weeks of insults lit a fire under Wendy Choo, as she took the action to Core Jade early in their grudge match. Jade used Choo’s aggressiveness to her advantage, as she used a strategic counter to gain the upper hand. Choo rallied, using her signature sleepy offense to disorient Jade, but a distraction allowed Jade an opportunity to throw Choo’s drink in her face and hit her with a devastating Ddt for the win.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Ivy Nile def. Kiana James The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Representing Diamond Mine, Ivy Nile immediately took control against Kiana James, utilizing her athleticism and her pure power.

Match #1: Joe Gacy def. Cameron Grimes The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Joe Gacy is looking to lead Schism into a new, more dominant chapter, but first he was hoping to conquer the resistance from Cameron Grimes. As the action in the match heated up, Grimes would decleat Gacy with a pair of kicks that had the match headed to the moon. A new viciousness was on display, as Gacy whipped up a crushing backbreaker as The Dyad swarmed on the outside. Grimes would battle back with an incredible Poison Rana and took out Gacy, Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid on the outside. Grimes would then take the opportunity to head to the top rope, but Ava Raine would derail his potential victory and...

Match #1: Nxt Women’s Tag Team Title Match – Kayden Carter & Katana Chance def. Nikkita Lyons & Zoey Stark The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Tag Team Title Tuesday starting off hot with Kayden Carter & Katana Chance looking to defend their championships against Nikkita Lyons & Zoey Stark. The challengers made the first statement with a simultaneous catch of the titleholders’ splashes and powered them both to the mat with slams. A new era appeared to begin for the Nxt Women’s Tag Team division after Stark countered with a roll up on Chance that delivered a three-count. However, the official would sort out the situation and inform Alicia Taylor that a tag of Carter had been missed initially. Carter & Chance made the most of their second opportunity.

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, which is continuing the road back to black and gold! With that in mind, let’s get into the review…
Match #1: Carmelo Hayes def. Oro Mensah The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Carmelo Hayes and Oro Mensah are set to battle for the Nxt North American Title in a Ladder Match alongside three other competitors at Halloween Havoc, but the two Superstars took an early opportunity to begin stating their cases for championship gold. The two uber-athletic Superstars dropped jaws, as Mensah grabbed control with a flurry that ended with a backflip splash onto Hayes. An intervention by Trick Williams opened the door for Hayes to hit his patented diving leg drop off the top ropes and send a message to the haters who were ready to pile on his losing streak.

Mandy Rose is getting her workouts in as she continues her impressive reign of nearly a year as the WWE Nxt Women’s Champion.
The 32-year-old wrestling star took to her Instagram Stories to share several recent videos in workout attire. That included one where she wore a unique sports bra featuring a blue background with splashes of white and pink in the design. Purple outlines and straps complete her top.
She also wore purple compression shorts and a smartwatch as she appears to be seated on an exercise bike in the clip, with her hair up and a towel draped over her shoulder.
“Days like today remind me of how grateful I am for my home gym, thanks to Bells of Steel,” she says in her clip before getting some shots of her workout setup.

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt 2.0, which featured bizarre scenes of Gallus being arrested following their match! With that let’s get into the review…
Match #1: Mandy Rose def. Fallon Henley The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Looking to beat some respect into Fallon Henley, Nxt Women’s Champion Mandy Rose taunted Henley while she delivered a series of kicks. The abuse only fired up Henley as she dropped Rose with a kick to the back of the head and a massive right hand. Rose rallied to toss Henley around the ring with a variety of slams and suplexes. Henley fought through the pain to deliver a facebuster for a nearfall, but after trading a couple right hands Rose popped up to smash Henley with a running knee to score the pinfall.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Wes Lee def. Tony D’Angelo The following is courtesy of wwe.
