The 12th edition of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s popular anthology series debuted on September 20, 2023. It ran for five episodes before being placed on hold due to delays caused by the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA strikes.
The season, which followed Emma Roberts‘ character, rising actress Anna Victoria Alcott, through her turbulent pregnancy and stalking by an enigmatic cult, resumed in April 2024 with the release of the last four episodes.
While the infamous show is known for causing many mishaps, this time, the absence of resolution in the April 24th season finale left fans with a bad taste, eventually leading to one of the worst episode ratings ever.

Undeniably, The Kardashians star, Kim Kardashian, is making a huge impression on fans after recent footage aired. Many fans are completely grossed out by Kim’s rotten teeth and pronounced wrinkles in the video. But what is going on with her complexion?
Kim Kardashian’s Face Looks Terrible
Admittedly, recent footage shows Kim Kardashian looking worse than ever! For someone who owns a skincare line, it must be a nightmare for The Kardashians star to see any hint of aging. Undoubtedly, fans are always quick to notice any changes in the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Oftentimes, the family deletes photos before too many people see any sort of blemish or questionable alteration. But on this occasion, Kim voluntarily allows her face to show abuse. While fans saw the star transform before their eyes, many found it gross as her face melted into a monster. On Thursday night, the latest season of...

Just like a demon baby, American Horror Story: Delicate went out kicking and screaming. The gobsmacking finale, which aired on FX Wednesday night, brings another chapter of Ryan Murphy’s twisted anthology series to a close. And what better way to end this season than with a showdown between Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian?
While the 12th season of American Horror Story has been more funny than scary overall, the finale strikes a satisfying balance between dark humor and horror as Siobhan (Kardashian) and her Satanic cult’s ultimate endgame is revealed at last.

‘AHS: Delicate’ concludes with one of ‘American Horror Story’s’ most disappointing finales that makes up its own rules, hammers in rote themes, and then turns to dust.
“When are they going to let us tell our own stories?”
A pregnancy brings genetic material together until it culminates into a person and American Horror Story: Delicate also tells a story where its success is dependent upon the season’s ability to tie all of its ideas together into a satisfying finale. Pregnancy stories are all about the ending and one’s enjoyment of “The Auteur” really comes down to what you want out of an American Horror Story finale. Anyone who’s watched the series has been burnt by past finales that are underbaked or overwrought. There are also only so many places that a season finale that begins with Anna in labor can go. Most pregnancy horror stories are...

‘AHS: Delicate’ enters early labor with a fun, frenzied episode that finds the perfect tone and goes for broke as its water breaks.
“I’ll figure it out. Women always do.”
American Horror Story is no stranger to remixing real-life history with ludicrous, heightened Murphy-isms, whether it’s AHS: 1984’s incorporation of Richard Ramirez, AHS: Cult’s use of Valerie Solanas, or AHS: Coven’s prominent role for the Axeman of New Orleans. Accordingly, it’s very much par for the course for AHS: Delicate to riff on other pop culture touchstones and infinitely warp them to its wicked whims. That being said, it takes real guts to do a postmodern feminist version of Rosemary’s Baby and then actually put Mia Farrow – while she’s filming Rosemary’s Baby, no less – into the narrative. This is the type of gonzo bullshit that I want out of American Horror Story!

Remember when American Horror Story: Apocalypse flashed back to Russia in 1918 to reveal that Anastasia Romanov was a literal witch? Well, the FX anthology outdid itself on Wednesday by shoehorning Mia Farrow into the insanity that is AHS: Delicate.
The season’s penultimate episode takes us back to Manhattan in 1967, where an overwhelmed Farrow is in the midst of filming Rosemary’s Baby. We get a feel-good moment between the actress and then-husband Frank Sinatra, who threatens to divorce her if she doesn’t quit the movie. “Marriage isn’t about what’s fair,” Ol’ Blue Eyes tells her, one of...

For the first time ever, American Horror Story based a season on a book. AHS: Delicate is based on the novel Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine, and its plot gives us a blueprint for how the final episodes of Delicate will play out. If you’re eager to know what happens to Kim Kardashian‘s character, Siobhan, at the end of Delicate Condition, keep reading. If you’d like to let the FX series surprise you, well, save this for later! Kardashian made her series regular debut in Delicate, and the stunt casting has been a relative success among fans. Her Siobhan is a cutthroat publicist hellbent on getting her client and best friend, Anna Victoria Alcott (Emma Roberts), an Oscar. Anna is struggling to conceive with her husband, Dex (Matt Czuchry), at the same time. This awards season from hell gets worse as Anna experiences constant threats to her pregnancy — supernatural ones,...

American Horror Story: Delicate is finally back.
Six months after the Part 1 finale, we learned Anna's response to the horrible news about Babette and whether she took Siobhan's call.
The premiere was as creepy and confusing as ever, but did it pack the same punch it would have if the series hadn't been interrupted by the writer's strike?
Many shows are in the same boat -- they were delayed for half a year or more because of the WGA writers' strike and Sga-aftra actors' strike.
By the time most scripted series returned, viewers had memory gaps about what had happened, and the shock and awe of season-ending cliffhangers had long ago worn off.
This was a problem for everyone, but more so for a psychological thriller/horror series like Delicate.
The point of American Horror Story is to keep viewers on their edge throughout every episode with bizarre twists...

If you’ve been anywhere near a television in the last couple of years, odds are you’re already familiar with Dominic Burgess. The British actor broke through in 2017’s “Feud: Bette and Joan” as actor Victor Buono, before popping up in a number of memorable appearances — playing everything from serial killer John Wayne Gacy in “Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” to an accident-prone man on “The Good Place” whose hideous red boots create an existential crisis for Chidi.
Most recently, the actor has been stealing scenes as Grayman, the stylist to the grande dames (including Kristen Wiig and Allison Janney) on Apple TV’s “Palm Royale” — and as Hamish Moss, a director on the rise on “American Horror Story: Delicate.” That is, he was on the rise before the April 3 episode, in which Moss met a gruesome death at the hands of Kim Kardashian’s devilish publicist.

With American Horror Story on an extended hiatus, the FX hit teased a kiss between Emma Roberts and co-star Kim Kardashian to promote the series’ big comeback.
Now that the first episode has aired, Roberts is speaking out about it.
Roberts appeared on The Tonight Show, starring Jimmy Fallon, on Wednesday night and wasted no time telling the host about the big scene.
Throughout the American Horror Story: Delicate, Kardashian’s Siobhan has seemingly posed a significant threat to Roberts’ Anna.
Despite being Anna’s publicist, Siobhan has been shown to have ulterior motives, and the footage for the second part of the season teased as much.
While the kiss got plenty of people talking, Roberts said it wasn’t as “intense” to film as it looked.

Like an old friend you barely remember, if you ever really knew them at all, American Horror Story returned on Wednesday with the second half of Delicate — which is also a good word to describe the impression this season is likely to leave on its viewers.
Part 2 kicked off with a bit of backstory for Emma Roberts’ Anna, and in true AHS fashion, it was a total bummer. A flashback to White Plains, N.Y. in 1988 introduced us to Anna’s mother (played by a Gummer, if ever we’ve seen one), who died from a pulmonary embolism shortly after she was born.

American Horror Story: Delicate returns to FX with its second half on Wednesday, April 3, which will bring an end to this Rosemary’s Baby-esque horror story. With the series already renewed for Season 13, we’ve got new themes on the mind. Delicate marks the first time AHS has adapted a book for its plot (Danielle Valentine’s Delicate Condition served as the inspiration). The season stars frequent face Emma Roberts, with Kim Kardashian in her first series regular role as the cutthroat publicist, Siobhan Corbyn. Roberts plays Anna Victoria Alcott, a C-list-turned-prestige actor campaigning for an Oscar while also trying to conceive her first child with her husband, Dex (Max Czuchry). Things take cult-like turns as Anna fears some evil force is targeting her and her baby. In AHS: Delicate Part 2, we’ll learn more about Siobhan’s involvement in this nefarious plot. Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts share a kiss in the trailer for the second part of American Horror Story: Delicate.
The reality star plays a publicist named Siobhan Corbyn in the latest season of the horror anthology. She works with Emma‘s character Anna.
After the series was put on pause in late 2023 due to the strikes in Hollywood, it is set to return in April with the final episodes. On Wednesday (March 20), a trailer arrived that offered some insight into what fans can expect. Based on what we’re seeing, there’s some brewing drama between Anna and Siobhan.
Head inside to watch the trailer…
In the trailer, Kim promises to give Emma “the life of your dreams.” However, she clearly has to give something up to get what she wants. Kim‘s character both kisses and slaps Emma‘s, who seems terrified of what Siobhan is up to.

It’s looking bleak for Anna in her pursuit of motherhood in Part Two of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s American Horror Story: Delicate. FX has released the first trailer for the final episodes of the 12th installment of the anthology series, and not surprisingly, it features some shocking scenes.
In one quick shot, we see Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian locking lips. We also see Anna (Roberts) discovering some dark secrets about her publicist Siobhan (Kardashian). “You’re a monster,” Roberts tells Kardashian to which she replies, “Oh no, babe. I’m so much worse.”
The trailer opens with Anna (Roberts) snacking on a bone and telling Siobhan (Kardashian) “Something’s happening to me.” She’s definitely on to something here.
We also are treated to images of spider-like creatures crawling out of a pregnant Anna’s (Roberts) belly.

Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts lock lips in chilling American Horror Story: Delicate Part 2 trailer
If we’re being honest, we didn’t think Kim Kardashian was the right fit for American Horror Story before the season debuted.
But she exceeded all expectations last fall when she appeared as a publicist named Siobhan on American Horror Story: Delicate.
Thanks to delays caused by the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes, we’re about to see the final episodes of the season.
In a new trailer released Wednesday, Kardashian’s character becomes more chilling than anticipated.
Even though Siobhan is embracing her villainous side, she’s still throwing out witty one-liners to poor Anna (Emma Roberts), who has become the target of a cult with big plans for her unborn child.
The trailer delves into what we can expect during the final episodes of the season, and one moment that’s sure to get fans talking involves Kardashian and Roberts kissing.

“American Horror Story: Delicate” Part 2 appears to be full steam ahead thanks to Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian enjoying a kiss in the just-released video trailer (watch below). FX’s horror anthology series returns on Wednesday, April 3 with the first of its final four episodes of Season 12. Note that “AHS” was split into two parts for this installment because of the writers’ and actors’ strikes that shuttered Hollywood for much of the 2023 calendar year.
The first five episodes of “American Horror Story: Delicate” aired in September-October, telling the story of an up-and-coming actress named Anna Victoria Alcott (Roberts) who’s campaigning on the awards circuit while dealing with supernatural pregnancy issues. Kardashian plays her foul-mouthed publicist, Siobhan Corbyn, and Matt Czuchry takes on the role of her husband, Dex Harding. The Pogues’ “Fairytale of New York” has been a left-field Christmas classic since Shane MacGowan and Kirsty MacColl first sang it in 1987, but this year — three weeks after MacGowan’s death (and 23 years since MacColl’s) — the song feels more maudlin. The Libertines recently gave the song a couple of performances in tribute.
In the first, the group’s Pete Doherty and Carl Barât recorded a typically free-wheeling performance and posted it to Instagram, leaning deep into the tune’s natural sodden sentimentality. “Rip Shane, this one’s for you,...

Shane MacGowan, the lead singer and songwriter of Celtic punk band The Pogues, who mashed up Irish folk music with raw rock, has died. He was 65.
A statement from MacGowan’s family said he died at 3.30 am U.K. time on November 30 after a long illness.
On social media, MacGowan’s wife Victoria Mary Clarke paid tribute to him: “Shane will always be the light that I hold before me and the measure of my dreams and the love of my life … I am blessed beyond words to have met him and to have loved him and to have been so endlessly and unconditionally loved by him.”
Born on December 25, 1957, near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, England to Irish immigrant parents, MacGowan tapped into the Irish folk music tradition, combining it with poetic lyrics — inspired by the language of the Bible, literature, and mythology — and the raw and raucous rhythms of...

Shane MacGowan, the sandpapery-voiced former Pogues frontman who served as the bridge between traditional Irish folk music and punk rock, died on Thursday at the age of 65. MacGowan’s wife, Victoria Clarke, confirmed the musician’s death in a statement. The BBC wrote that MacGowan “died peacefully at 3.30am this morning (30 November) with his wife and and sister by his side.”
“There’s no way to describe the loss that I am feeling and the longing for just one more of his smiles that lit up my world,” Clarke wrote.

This post contains spoilers for the sixth episode of the "Fraiser" revival series.
Prior to the debut of the "Frasier" revival on Paramount+, we heard a lot about how the show would present a different Frasier Crane. In a behind-the-scenes featurette, star Kelsey Grammer teased the new series with this summary:
"Now is the right time to bring Frasier back because he is not the same guy anymore. He is a little wiser, he may actually even be a little funnier, and he has a new mission in life. I mean, he's got some loose ends to tie up in Boston, but he also has a relationship to carve out with his son."
Meanwhile, co-showrunner Joe Cristali told the Los Angeles Times that in this new series, Frasier is "a little bit more comfortable in life; he's not as anxious [and] he's not the guy that has to prove himself anymore.

The fifth episode ended with Dr. Frasier Crane being offered to be a member of the Harvard Founders Society, a prestigious group he always wanted to be a part of. His colleague and best friend, Alan, stood aside and made way for him so that Dr. Frasier was given the opportunity to shine. The next episode is about a misunderstanding that forces Dr. Frasier and Freddy to make some tough choices.

So far, the "Frasier" revival has shown a pretty consistent awareness of its origins, harkening back to highlights from the original series and paying tribute to the late John Mahoney, who previously played Frasier's dad, Martin. In fact, links to the beloved sitcom that ran from 1993-2004 can be found in pretty much every episode of the reboot. There have even been callbacks to "Cheers," the show on which Kelsey Grammer's Frasier Crane first debuted.
In the very first episode, the titular doctor pokes fun at "Cheers" with a joke about spending too much time in "a certain bar." Then, in the fifth episode, the writers used a "Cheers" joke to provide new insight into Frasier when he admitted that he never felt like he truly fit in anywhere — including the famous bar in question. When you combine all this with the fact the revival show brought back "Cheers...

Love is in the air on Frasier Season 1 Episode 6, but it doesn't smell nearly as good as Frasier's osso buco.
As Frasier laments his lack of a love life since breaking up with Charlotte and moving to Boston, Eve assures him she knows just the woman for him.
Frasier is all in.
You have to give it to Frasier. When it comes to love, he is always the optimist.
Good for you, Frasier. I’ve always admired your dewy-eyed optimism, you know, even though love’s been punching you in the face for the last, what, three decades.

But Freddy is less hopeful. It sounds as though he's been alone for a while, too, but Eve claims he self-sabotages his dates before they ever begin.
So this time, Eve's got a plan.

When "American Horror Story: Delicate" premiered in September, it felt like the whole internet cried out at once: "Kim Kardashian is so great in it!" TMZ literally sent a push alert about it. But having actually watched the season so far, let me be clear: Kardashian's first serious foray into acting is overhyped.
If you haven't been watching, in the 12th season of "AHS," Emma Roberts plays Anna Victoria Alcott, who very much wants to get pregnant and win an Oscar. The two desires often come into conflict in ways that don't really make sense, though that's the fault of a weak script more than anyone's performance. Anna is surrounded by a hapless husband ("Gilmore Girls"'s Matt Czuchry), an obviously nefarious doctor (Denis O'Hare), and many other characters played by staples of the Ryan Murphy-verse. And then there's Kardashian, who plays PR maven Siobhan Corbyn, who's going to...

Sometimes, even as a woman myself, it gets a tad too baffling to wonder how women even do it. What’s “it”, you ask? Well, it’s just the simple matter of holding on to the pieces as every fiber of her body threatens to fall apart and doing a darn good job at that. If it’s American Horror Story, it’s bound to go a bit silly. But even amidst the sarcastic jabs and straight-up ironic back-and-forth, what Delicate is most dedicated to is telling the story of the perseverance of women. So, what did Anna hold her head high through on the 5th episode of American Horror Story: Delicate? And is there any help available?

After only five weeks, “American Horror Story” Season 12 has come to a temporary end. Though it’s currently unclear when the FX anthology series will return, it’s likely this season will mark the longest mid-season break in the series’ history.
“American Horror Story” has taken mid-season breaks in the past. Typically, those have appeared during the last couple weeks of December to align with the holiday season. That’s not the situation of Season 12. Due to production delays caused by the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, it’s completely unknown when “Delicate” will return.
Here’s what we know about “AHS: Delicate’s” return, how Part 1 ended and why the series won’t be back for a new episode next week.
When will “American Horror Story: Delicate” return?
Season 12 of the FX anthology series is expected to return in 2024. The exact premiere date is currently unknown.
FX did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s comment.

Only in the American Horror Story universe are you not totally dumbfounded by the fact that the cold open just made you go back and check if you’re watching the right show. And when a narrative is this unpredictable and the horror creeps you out way more than it sends chills down your spine, you know that Delicate is finally on its way to achieving cult status. Just like the rest of the deliciously morbid seasons that make American Horror Story what it is. Witches, satanic abuse, demonic children, and the freakiest pregnancy craving combined—Anna might just get nominated for the Most Miserable Pregnant Woman Award. At least throwing up on the stage wouldn’t be that big of a deal.

There comes a point in each season of American Horror Story where the story transcends its stern idiosyncrasy and is accepted into the grander Murphy-Falchuk universe. When the Bough Breaks seems to be that very rite of passage, hinting at the rousing possibility that Delicate isn’t as disconnected as we thought. Since convalescence after an emotionally and physically draining experience isn’t a concept that fits into the cruel frame of any American Horror Story narrative, Anna’s got no respite from the brutal all-around agony she’s been going through. Let’s see what trouble the grieving actress has gotten into this week.

American Horror Story: Delicate has been off to a strong start with its unique season. After an encouraging pair of introductory episodes, “When the Bough Breaks” proves to be the season’s slowest, most atmospheric, and least substantial entry. American Horror Story at least understands that Jennifer Lynch is the right person to get behind the camera for an episode that’s sparse in dialogue, but dense in cryptic sequences where characters explore caverns and haunted spaces that shouldn’t exist. If nothing else, this energy really keeps the audience on their toes over what’s actually happening and what might just be some figment of Anna’s feverish fugue state. The viewer is just as foggy and disassociated as Anna. Just like how Anna’s face blemish/likely-spider-nest continues to grow, American Horror Story: Delicate further develops its story. Anna’s worsening facial imperfection reflects the slow burn surface...

Olivia Wilde‘s drama made a surprise cameo on American Horror Story: Delicate.
The hit series launched its new season earlier this month, introducing some new faces such as Kim Kardashian to the franchise.
In the show, Kim plays a publicist named Siobhan Corbyn who is working with Emma Roberts‘ character Anna. During the Wednesday night episode (September 27), Siobhan made what appeared to be a reference to the media storm surrounding Oliva in the leadup to her movie Don’t Worry Darling.

Kim Kardashian’s performance on the current season of “American Horror Story,” two episodes in, could be described as thrillingly competent. As Siobhan (sure!), a power publicist who is determined to get her actor client, played by Emma Roberts, everything she wants, Kardashian leverages her rapacious ambition. She directs it outward, determined to get for someone else all the fame that the real-life Kardashian has found for herself.
Siobhan’s steeliness and her capability for cutting wit come through in jagged-edge one-liners, to which Kardashian’s affect and her presence lend a bit of topspin. “You on a bad day,” she tells her client, a would-be star who is struggling to convey her personality despite a botched talk-show appearance, “is like Hilary Swank on a great one.” (Ouch.) The second episode featured a slightly brutal Jamie Lee Curtis read, rendered into Hollywoodese by Kardashian — a performer who could have fit...

‘AHS: Delicate’ tells a terrifying tale of doubt and distortions as Anna’s IVF treatment takes several turns for the worse.
“Would I ever do anything to hurt you?”
American Horror Story, as a postmodern horror anthology show, is reflexive and self-aware by design. It’s all about holding a mirror up to not only society, but also the horror staples that audiences have taken for granted. American Horror Story has always had a lot to say on the public versus the private and the compelling dissonance between the two. AHS: Delicate, which is explicitly set in the artificial world of the film and entertainment industry, is especially interested in this territory as an actress struggles to prepare for her biggest role yet–being a mother. “Rockabye,” which successfully evolves the season premiere’s themes, digs even deeper into how identities can blur together as the public erases the private.

On September 20, 2023, “American Horror Story: Delicate” premiered on FX, receiving predominantly positive reviews from critics and an 86% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Emma Roberts plays Anna Victoria Alcott and once again takes the lead in this series from Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. You can also keep an eye out for series regulars Billie Lourd, Denis O’Hare and Leslie Grossman. Newcomers include Matt Czuchry, Annabelle Dexter-Jones, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Cara Delevingne, Julie White and Maaz Ali — but of course everyone is talking about Kim Kardashian channeling her inner Kris Jenner as Anna’s manager Siobhan Corbyn.

We don’t question the Murphy-Falchuk universe over here. If Kim Kardashian has to invoke her inner Kris Jenner in order to play the hip publicist in charge of our crestfallen heroine’s all-around well-being, who are we to say no? If Emma Roberts is once again tasked with walking against the grain to play the soft meek damsel in distress, so be it. When you stick around long enough for a show to turn 12, you get the lay of the land. Even though Halley Feiffer now sports the showrunner’s hat and even though the show has ventured out of its comfort zone to base Delicate on a novel, the premiere of American Horror Story season 12 has us reaching for something to cling as we volunteer to be creeped out. Did we need a modern take on Rosemary’s Baby? You’d get mixed answers to that. But there must...

As FX’s American Horror Story enters its 12th season, three things set apart its latest baby, Delicate, from its big siblings. One is the fact that it’s the first story based on a novel — Danielle Valentine’s Delicate Condition, a Rosemary’s Baby riff about an actress, Anna (Emma Roberts), trying to conceive via IVF. Another is that it’s the first season not to have co-creator Ryan Murphy as showrunner; instead, AHS newbie Halley Feiffer (American Crime Story: Impeachment) is fulfilling that role.
In combination, they signal a potential for American Horror Story to head in a cleaner and clearer direction, away from its long-standing reputation for sloppy plotting — but not too far from its gift for building buzz, since the third standout element is the headline-worthy stunt casting of Kim Kardashian as Anna’s Bff and publicist Siobhan. But whether it has the ability to...
