It was risky enough to do a second paintball-themed episode, but Community was crazy enough to make it a two-parter, making this the third paintball episode in two seasons. How does it compare to the other two?
You’ve got to give a huge round of applause to the writers behind this brilliant show, because they pulled this episode off beautifully. They’re always doing the unexpected, and while this is the second part to last week’s “A Fistful of Paintballs,” “For a Few Paintballs More” wisely ditches the western motif and (as Abed puts it) “enters more of a Star Wars scenario.” I’ll admit, I wasn’t pleased by the Star Wars styled opening credits (it’s an obvious joke, really), but I’m glad the show poked fun at the overused gag in the writing of the space crawl text.
