During the show, Michael created one of the largest live interactive illusions in history when he read the minds of all 45,000 people in the stadium at the same time. The show also included fireworks and several Hall of Fame baseball players on hand to honor of the 25th Anniversary of the Royals World Series Championship.
- (2009) Performed during the season opener for the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA. During the show, Michael levitated 10ft above the pitcher's mound and made the 7ft tall, 300lb team mascot, The Phanatic, magically appear in the center of the outfield.
- (2010) Made $100,000 magically appear inside a glass case for special custom performance for Mazda at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut.
- (2015) Performed the halftime show for the Chicago Bulls NBA playoff game at United Center in Chicago, where he levitated at the center of the court while surrounded by a sold out crowd of 22,000 people. Michael's performance even caused commentators Shaquille O'Neal and Charles Barkley to comment in amazement during the live national broadcast on TNT.
- (2015) Performed as the featured guest artist with the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra at Mark C. Smith Concert Hall, combining his magic with the live music of the orchestras. During these shows, while the orchestra played musical selections specially themed for each illusion, a sold-out audience of 2,000 people watched Michael magically transform a tuxedo into the orchestra's conductor, make roses bloom on the stage, levitate into the air while surrounded by the playing orchestra, and, for a finale, cause the orchestra itself to read the minds of the audience by playing pieces of music they were only thinking of.
- (2015) Live "The Magic of Michael Grandinetti" tour stops in cities including Toronto, Canada, Maui, Hawaii, Orlando, Florida, New York, New York, Chicago, Illinois, and Washington, DC.
- (2015) Performed a daring live stunt in which he levitated in the air, for 4 hours, 15 feet above the Hollywood Walk of Fame. During the event, helicopters hovered overhead, traffic along busy Hollywood Boulevard came to a halt, and observers flocked from blocks away to wave their hands all around to try and figure it all out. The event was broadcast by news sources across the country and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette listed the stunt as one of the 5 things they loved during the week.
- (2015) Performed the halftime show for the Arizona Cardinals vs. Baltimore Ravens Game at University of Phoenix Stadium for a live audience of 65,000 people. The game was broadcast on ESPN's Monday Night Football and legendary rock band Journey opened the game with the national anthem.
