The comedian’s latest comedy special, Nikki Glaser: Someday You’ll Die, has generated 2M cross-platform viewers since it premiered on May 11, according to Warner Bros. Discovery. The company also said the special had the best premiere night for an HBO comedy special in more than two years.
That just slightly outperforms her previous special, Good Clean Filth, which amassed 1.9M cross-platform viewers in the same timeframe from its own debut. That special was also nominated for a Critics’ Choice Award for Best Comedy Special.
Someday You’ll Die is currently pacing to have the top streaming audience for any comedy special in the history of Max (even before the name change).

Exclusive: HBO announced on Thursday that its second hour-long comedy special from comedian and actress Nikki Glaser, Nikki Glaser: Someday You’ll Die, is set to debut on Saturday, May 11 at 10:00 p.m. Et/Pt and will also be available for streaming on Max.
The special comes on the heels of Glaser’s 2022 HBO hour Good Clean Filth, which was nominated for a Critics’ Choice Award for Best Comedy Special. Taped in front of a sold-out audience at the Moore Theater in Seattle, Washington last December, it sees her dive into a wide range of topics including why she doesn’t want kids, the harsh realities of aging, her sexual fantasies, and plans for her own death. The finale of comedian Nikki Glaser's E! reality series was no joke. Fans have watched her relationship with ex-boyfriend Chris Convy blossom over the course of Welcome Home Nikki Glaser?'s first season, but she went into the June 10 episode more conflicted than ever. Comedy Central has canceled “Not Safe With Nikki Glaser” after just one season, TheWrap has learned. The late-night sex-talk show debuted in February, and ran for 20 episodes after having its initial episode order doubled. The series was not renewed for a second season, but the network is pursuing other opportunities to work with the comedian. “Not Safe with Nikki Glaser” is executive produced by Glaser, Chris Convy, Neal Kendall and Brillstein Entertainment Partners’ Alex Murray. Comedy Central has renewed seven of its shows, including “Tosh.0” and “Drunk History,” the network announced on Tuesday. “Review,” “This Is Not Happening,” “Alternatino,” “Nothin’s Easy” and “Questionable Science” will also live to see another day on the network and its digital platforms. However, “Review” will end after its upcoming third season. In addition, the network has extended Season 1 of “Not Safe With Nikki Glaser” for an additional 10 episodes.
