- Jeff Amberg is a SAG/AFTRA actor who performed on Days of Our Lives and General Hospital from 1989-1995. Among others, Jeff has performed opposite of Billy Warlock(Baywatch). Jeff entered the acting business in 1986 after originally wanting to be a stuntman. He studied under Zina Provendie(pivotal teacher of Demi Moore) and Evgeniy Lazarev(an L.A. actor from the Moscow Art Theater). Jeff's first big break was on October 30th,1989 in a notable speaking role of "Paul" a morgue technician, handling Victor Jeromes' death opposite Dr. Alan Quartermaine(Stuart Damon), on ABC's "General Hospital". He also co-starred on GH as "Dr. Conely, with "Mac & Felicia" in 1993. Jeff has worked in many types of acting categories, even Fundraiser Variety Shows and "Murder Mystery Dinner Theater". Jeffrey Amberg was raised in Palos Verdes Estates, California after moving from his birthplace of Phoenix, Arizona. Born June 29th, 1959 to John McCaslin Amberg, a former New York Giant football player from Shawnee Mission, Kansas and Maureen Elizabeth Amberg, a former airline stewardess from North Hollywood(they met in an elevator at the Henry Hudson Hotel in New York City). He is the third child of four. Jeff stepped back from acting to raise four children with his wife Hayley (from Manhattan Beach). Having re-entered the acting business in 2018, Jeff has auditioned for NCIS, Homeland, Winning Time and Station 19; to name a few. - Jeff's father Johnny Amberg played as a defensive corner-back and fullback for the 1951-1953 New York Giants football team. His teammates were Tom Landry(the legendary Dallas Cowboys coach of the 1970's and 1980's), Emlen Tunnell, Charley Conerly and Frank Gifford.
- Jeff's grandfather, Maurice Lannon, started a plastics business named Gem-O-lite Plastics(founded in 1941 in North Hollywood, California). The company was a very well known plastics supplier to most of the studios and art departments associated with Hollywood's movie industry from the 1940's until mid the 1990's.
- Jeff's mother, Maureen(Lannon)Amberg attended North Hollywood High School with the movie score composer John Williams(his nickname was "Curly"). Jeff's mother lived next to Martin Milner of Adam 12. She was friends with Debbie Reynolds and was a babysitter to Tina Sinatra.
