While Taylor Swift was in Stockholm, Sweden on the Eras Tour, Travis Kelce threw a massive outdoor party for his second annual Kelce Jam presented by Jim Beam in Bonner Springs, Kansas on Saturday. Held at the Azura Amphitheater, the event featured DJ Irie and DJ E-v with headlining performances from 2 Chainz, Diplo, and Lil Wayne.
While speaking exclusively with Rolling Stone, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed his favorite album released in the past year. “I’m a little biased, but Tortured Poets Department might be it,” said Kelce.

No matter how many years pass, fans of Criminal Minds will forever remember Alex Blake and the impact she had on the show. Looking back at the many characters who have appeared on the procedural but didn't have as long of a run as the original cast, Alex Blake, portrayed by Jeanne Tripplehorn, was definitely a fan favorite and the most welcomed.
Even though the actress has since left the show, longtime viewers are still eager to see her back on their screens. Whether it will be a return to the show or some other project, it will be just as exciting and gripping.
Why Did Jeanne Tripplehorn Leave Criminal Minds?
There was no scandal behind the actress’ decision to leave, but a mutual agreement between her, whose contract was going to end, and the executives of the series. Instead of a big exit, Tripplehorn wanted for Blake to have a nice,...

Going into the 2024 ACM Awards, you didn’t have to be clairvoyant to nail some key predictions. Host Reba McEntire was sure to be both corny and unflappable, Lainey Wilson was a lock to win Entertainer of the Year, and country interloper Post Malone, scruffy and face-tattooed, was going to charm the pants off everyone.
That all of that happened isn’t a bad thing. In fact, there was something especially comforting about the predictability of this year’s ACMs, held for a second year in a row at the...

Nominee Ashley McBryde and actor Noah Reid stole the show while presenting Single of the Year at the 2024 ACM Awards. The pair performed parodies of this year’s nominees while presenting the award.
Reid has sung a bit on both Outer Range and, most memorably, on Schitt’s Creek, which McBryde complimented at the beginning of their time on stage. Reid said he was nervous presenting at the show, so McBryde pulled out a ukulele and launched into a version of Parker McCollum’s “Burn It Down,” this time about Reid being new in town.

Angie Harmon has sued Instacart and grocery deliveryman Christopher Anthoney Reid after Reid allegedly shot and killed her dog Oliver on March 30.
In a lawsuit filed last Friday in Mecklenberg County, North Carolina, Harmon is suing and Reid for trespassing, invasion of privacy, wrongful conversion of personal property (Oliver), negligence/gross negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress, punitive damages.
And she’s suing Instacart for negligent hiring, supervision and retention and negligent misrepresentation.
She is seeking $25,000 in damages, though the full amount will be determined in court.
The suit alleges that Reid, who delivered groceries under the name “Merle” with a photo depicting an older woman, used a false identity while delivering groceries, with Harmon having “no idea” she was communicating with “a tall and intimidating younger man.”

The Tillersons are the antagonists to the Abbotts on Outer Range, and their story is just as exciting.
In two different interviews, we spoke with Will Patton, who plays Wayne, and Shaun Sipos and Noah Reid, who play his sons, Luke and Billy.
Their story ignites during the second season in many ways, both literally and figuratively. It’s a story so wild that you’ll have to see it to believe it.
But before you get the chance, we’ve got plenty to tease.
Outer Range’s Cane and Abel are in emotional turmoil this season as Luke becomes Billy’s caretaker after Billy was shot in the neck.
Sipos and Reid tease that there is great love in this family, but how it’s expressed may not be the same as in other families.

AMC appears to be "all in" when it comes to bringing Anne Rice's work to television. Interview with the Vampire is her best-known work, so it would seem logical that this TV show would be renewed for a third season, even if the second season's ratings aren't as high as hoped. Could Interview with the Vampire be cancelled instead? Stay tuned.
A dark fantasy series, the Interview with the Vampire TV show stars Jacob Anderson, Sam Reid, Eric Bogosian, Assad Zaman, Delainey Hayles, and Ben Daniels. The story follows Louis de Pointe du Lac (Anderson), Lestat de Lioncourt (Reid), and Claudia (Hayles) in a tale of love, blood, and the perils of immortality, as told to journalist Daniel Molloy (Bogosian). Picking up from the bloody events in New Orleans in 1940 when Louis and teen fledgling Claudia conspired...

Do you remember the “Willow” show on Disney+? You might not, as it was released and then removed from the service within six months of its release. The show was meant to be a sequel to the 1988 film “Willow,” starring Warwick Davis, but now it’s just gone.
It seems that Disney may have pulled it over the cost of the series and the lack of viewership.
The show cost $156.8 million, which is about $19.6 million per episode! $53 million was spent on the London office of Industrial Light and Magic (Ilm).
Early reports estimated the total to be closer to $100 – $105 million. That is true, but only if you don’t count the money spent at Ilm.
In a new Forbes report, Caroline Reid describes how the show was partially shot in the UK to get some financial credit from their government. However, the film was filed under a shell company called Barking Lion Productions.

[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for Interview With the Vampire Season 2 Episode 1, “What Can the Damned Really Say to the Damned.”] Interview With the Vampire is back. The Season 2 premiere brought Louis (Jacob Anderson), Claudia (Delainey Hayles), and the ghost of Lestat (Sam Reid) to Europe as they search for more of their kind. The episode ended with a beautiful, heartbreaking monologue from Louis in which he made an important pact with his daughter, one that serves as the jumping off point for the entire season’s arc. In the video above, Anderson, Reid, and Hayles break down that scene, what it was like to film it, and why it’s so important for the plot moving forward. Louis and Claudia had a harrowing experience in Romania both before and after they found the old world vampires. After four years of searching (notice the time jump from the Season 1 finale!), they finally found ...

To call AMC‘s Interview With the Vampire intense is an understatement. Harrowing, gut-wrenching, terrifying, heartbreaking — these words are more fitting, especially in Season 2, premiering Sunday, May 12. Given how bat-sh*t crazy this new season will be, we wanted to provide fans with a needed moment of levity. Behold: The cast of the very serious, very dark Interview With the Vampire playing with blocks. Jacob Anderson, Sam Reid, Eric Bogosian, Assad Zaman, and Delainey Hayles are an energetic bunch whose chemistry radiates throughout our studio as they play TV Insider’s Knock Your Blocks Off. Just like you’d find in a bar, random questions are written on each block, some with a TV twist. You’ll hear some gasps in the room when Reid, whose Lestat de Lioncourt appears as a haunting hallucination in Season 2, pulls the block that asks if he believes in ghosts. That’s not the...

Foe, a complicated love story set in the near future amid burned out farmland, intertwines AI and climate catastrophe with the challenges of keeping a marriage together — all elements director Garth Davis (Lion) said pulled him to the story.
“There are so many reasons why I was compelled to make this film, and why the actors were drawn to it. Within its layers lies something simple and urgent, something I reflect on in my daily life. The need to honor what is precious within us and around us, to align with our inner nature as we propel into an exciting and uncertain future,” he said as Foe had its world premiere Saturday night at the New York Film Festival.

After providing the raw fodder for Charlie Kaufman’s characteristically cryptic I’m Thinking of Ending Things, Canadian novelist Iain Reid serves up more brain-bender material in Garth Davis’ Foe. Anchored by emotionally raw performances from Saoirse Ronan and Paul Mescal, with Aaron Pierre as a stranger bringing equal parts seductive charm and understated menace, this brooding psychological sci-fi about a dying planet and a floundering marriage is initially unsettling but steadily devolves into sappiness, confusion and self-important solemnity.

Love can make people do crazy, incredible things. It can force people into impossible choices, and it can rupture the effort it takes to keep the feeling intact and sacred. In Garth Davis’ new film “Foe,” love is the central force behind every choice, good or bad, but it isn’t enough to mend old wounds and fend off new ones, not this time.
The film is an emotional rollercoaster bursting full of dynamic tensions, mind-bending twists and shattering truths. It’s the perfect combination of high marital drama and science fiction thinkpiece, and with the lengths the film goes to, “Foe” is a worthy addition to the emotional sci-fi canon.
Davis’ new film, which he co-wrote alongside the original novel’s author Iain Reid, tells the story of Hen (Saoirse Ronan) and Junior (Paul Mescal), a young married couple living a quiet life on a farm in the middle of nowhere.

Exclusive: Freeform has opted not to proceed with While You Were Breeding, the upcoming Kristin Newman hourlong comedy series based on her memoir, Deadline has learned. Producers of the series, from Freeform Studios, will have the opportunity to shop it elsewhere.
The 10-episode series had wrapped production and was headed into post-production when it paused days into the WGA strike. Newman on May 13 wrote an emotional Facebook post explaining her decision to shut down post-production.
As a result, While You Were Breeding, starring Chelsea Frei, missed its August premiere date. After a review of Freeform’s pipeline in the context of Disney’s companywide content spend trim and emphasis on curation, it was determined that the comedy no longer fit the linear network’s programming strategy, sources said.

Travis Kelce knows that he and Taylor Swift broke the internet over the weekend. And he’s loving it.
In a new episode of his podcast New Heights (which he hosts with his brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce), the Kansas City Chiefs tight end spoke about the music superstar’s surprise appearance at the Chiefs-Bears game on Sunday, where she was seen sitting in his family’s suite, next to his mother, Donna Kelce.
“Shout out to Taylor for pulling up, that was pretty ballsy,” Travis Kelce said, after prodding from his brother, Jason, who said “the internet broke, social media broke” when Swift appeared during Fox’s broadcast.

Over the weekend, Usher was announced as the headlining performer of the Super Bowl Lviii Halftime Show in Las Vegas. With a catalog going back 30 years that includes 18 Top 10 hits (nine of which reached Number One), Usher is in many ways a no-brainer for the showcase. The halftime show is a rite of passage for American music’s top-tier stars, and Usher deserves to be in that pantheon.

Taylor Swift’s presence in the bleachers — or rather, the luxury suite — to support Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce was the talk of social media over the weekend, and even quarterback Patrick Mahomes was part of the conversation.
Swift attended the team’s game against the Chicago Bears at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, with Fox’s cameras cutting to the singer frequently during the broadcast. Her visit followed media reports of a budding romance between herself and tight end Kelce, whose own third-quarter touchdown helped his team wallop the opposing squad 41-10.
After the game, Mahomes was asked during a press conference about Swift’s presence. “She’s a tremendous singer, tremendous at everything she does,” the reigning NFL Mvp told reporters. “I haven’t got to meet her, but I guess if she ends up being with Travis, then I’ll probably get to meet her at some point.

For 16 seasons and counting, comedic force Kaitlin Olson has played the lovably repulsive Sweet Dee in "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." But fans of the series may be surprised to learn that the show almost had an entirely different Dee. In the unaired pilot, little-known actor Jordan Reid plays a very different iteration of the character that viewers have come to know and love. So whatever happened to Reid, and why was she the only original cast member that failed to make it into the series when it got picked up by FX? The truth is a little more complicated than you might think — and it might change the way you look at the show's creators.
Before it was "Always Sunny," series creators and stars Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, and Glenn Howerton were struggling actors scraping by in Los Angeles. Each had landed small appearances in soaps and serials like "ER" and "All My Children,...

Longtime makeup artist Rebecca Wachtel has experience in realizing beloved book characters for television adaptations. She spent seven years working on the hit Freeform series “Pretty Little Liars,” the wildly successful show based on the Sara Shepard novels. So when she was hired to lead the makeup department on the Amazon Prime Video limited series “Daisy Jones and the Six,” based on the best-selling novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Wachtel knew where to start.
“I feel like any time you’re transferring a book to screen, I want to honor the characters in the book, and I want to be true to them and I want to make the fans happy,” Wachtel tells Gold Derby in an exclusive video interview. The question the makeup needs to answer, she adds, is simple. “How do you bring the characters to life with the actors that were cast and kind of meld those...

Match #1: Carmelo Hayes, Trick Williams & Ilja Dragunov def. Schism The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Trick Melo Gang and Ilja Dragunov proved they could work together by defeating Joe Gacy, Rip Fowler, and Jagger Reid, but there is still a level of animosity heading into their Nxt Championship Match at the Great American Bash. Fowler and Reid tried to use their signature underhanded tactics to gain an advantage, but Carmelo Hayes had Trick Williams’ back and saved him from their clutches. Once Dragunov tagged into the match, his tenacity got the better of him as he accidentally hit Williams with a flying corkscrew elbow, and while it frustrated Hayes’, it didn’t affect his game as two Schism followers interfered and allowed...

If only one word could be used to sum up San Diego Comic-Con 2023, it might just be: Odd.
Thanks to Hollywood’s first double strike in 60 years, neither stars nor studios had any meaningful presence. That made Hall H, normally the site of the convention’s biggest crowds, largely half-empty. It also caused the cancelation of Sdcc’s biggest party, the annual star-studded bash EW throws atop the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter.
But as it turns out, the fans didn’t need famous faces to justify swarming San Diego. If things seemed quieter on the city’s streets, they were anything but inside the convention center itself. In fact, for the annual event’s many artists and vendors normally overshadowed by Hollywood, it was their best con in years.
If you took the train down to San Diego from Los Angeles, it was hard not...

Joy Reid followed the lead Friday night of Vice President Kamala Harris in slamming Florida for guidelines that will require public middle schools to teach students there were benefits to being an American slave.
Reid, speaking to MSNBC viewers on “The ReidOut,” called out the racist requirements of Ron DeSantis’ Department of Education for what they were but went further, explaining the motivations behind them.
“They’re doing it because they want to raise a generation of people who will be conservative enough to give them their damn tax cuts, to give them the money they want and the deregulation they want,” Reid said. “And they’re terrified of young people, because young people already are woke — too late.”
Reid’s show rolled coverage of Harris’ trip to Jacksonville, Florida, and the speech she delivered on Friday. In it, Harris lambasted the notion there were benefits to slavery.

MSNBC’s Joy Reid took on two of Donald Trump’s most faithful scions Thursday in a segment for “The ReidOut,” saying threatening letters that Stephen Miller and J.D. Vance wrote to universities reflect an emboldened approach after the Supreme Court’s ruling that effectively struck down affirmative action in colleges.
Reid, in a conversation with activist and former president/director-counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund Sherrilyn Ifill, drew a line connecting the language of the Supreme Court’s majority decision and the talking points of the late conservative radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh.
Reid then pointed to what she called a direct outcome — letters that Miller, Trump’s former senior White House adviser, and Vance, the U.S. senator from Ohio who was endorsed by Trump, sent to law schools and top universities threatening them with repercussions if they attempted to subvert the ruling.

Match #1: Blair Davenport def. Roxanne Perez The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
The reign of terror from Blair Davenport will continue as she defeated former Nxt Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez convincingly. The tenacity and ferociousness of Davenport were evident as the British Superstar tossed Perez around the ring, but Perez did manage to counter a superplex into a crossbody. Perez continued to fight back, but her attempt to take out Davenport on the outside backfired as she was sent face-first into the steel ring steps. That spelled the beginning of the end as moments later Davenport was able to hit Perez with a pair of crushing knee strikes that ended the match.

The U.S. Navy detected what sounded like an implosion off the North Atlantic coast around the time the OceanGate submersible lost communication with its mothership on Sunday, NBC reporter Tom Costello told Joy Reid on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut” on Thursday. The report comes the same day the sub was confirmed to be destroyed by the U.S. Coast Guard, following a days-long search that captured worldwide media attention.
“On Sunday, the Navy detected what sounded, or was similar to, the sounds of an implosion or an explosion in the water about the time that that sub lost communication with the mothership,” Costello told Reid. “As you know, Joy, the Navy has microphones and sensors all across the North Atlantic, really to listen for Russian sub activity. It does appear that they may have picked up the implosion of the sub.”

In October of 2020, The Band Perry — siblings Kimberly, Reid, and Neil — headed down to Dallas, Texas, to try and give their recording days as family trio one last shot. Unmoored during Covid lockdown and slowly finding their way back to Tennessee from their shared Sherman Oaks, California, house, they made a series of demos with Paul Cauthen’s producing team that never saw the light of day. Kimberly Perry was a fan of Cauthen’s 41 Project, especially his “Cocaine Country Dancing,” and thought the feel might suit them and their Southern gothic inclinations.

The 47-year-old actress, who starred as Victoria “Vicky” Lathum in the “American Pie” films, opened up about her personal and professional life, explaining why she thinks she could have made it “bigger” in Hollywood.
“I’m not married, I don’t have kids,” Reid told her longtime friend, Derek Warburton, for the latest issue of Mr. Warburton Magazine. “And I think, in Hollywood, if you don’t have kids or you’re not married, you’re judged. So they still think you’re that party girl from 40 years ago.
“But all of a sudden, if you have a kid and you get married, ‘Oh she grew up, she’s great,'” she continued, questioning: “What if you can’t have kids or what if you don’t want to get married?

Welcome to My Favorite Scene! In this series, IndieWire speaks to actors behind a few of our favorite television performances about their personal-best onscreen moment and how it came together.
When the time finally came to shoot the finale for “Daisy Jones and the Six,” Prime Video’s limited series adaptation of Taylor Jenkins Reid’s blockbuster novel detailing the meteoric rise and sudden fall of a fictional 70s rock band, actress Camila Morrone was ready to loose.
While her co-stars got to off and play rockstars, her role as Camila Dunne, supportive wife of frontman Billy Dunne (Sam Claflin), called for a much more subdued performance until the climactic moment where it’s clear she is no longer the love of his life.

Things look a bit different in "Run the World" season two - starting with one of the main characters. The Starz dramedy returned on May 26 to pick back up where it left off with best friends Whitney (Amber Stevens West), Renee (Bresha Webb), and Sondi (Corbin Reid) following season one's roller-coaster finale. However, there's one face that's noticeably absent in the season two premiere: Andrea Bordeaux's Ella.
As fans may remember, although the Harlem-set series focuses on the girls' friend group as a whole, it all started with Ella at the beginning of season one, as she kicked off the next phase of her struggling writing career at the digital gossip site Hot Tea Digest. Throughout the first season, Ella's resurrected career and hectic love life were major storylines that continued until the very end, where she finally patched things up with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Anderson (Nick Sagar...
