The Estonian helmer’s new film is a coming-of-age comedy starring Grete Konksi, Piret Krumm and Alice Siil in the leading roles. Priit Pääsuke made his debut behind the camera in 2017 as the director of drama The End of The Chain, which premiered at the 2017 Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and screened in the East of The West competitive section. It is now time for his second project, entitled Kids of the Night and currently being filmed in Estonia. Pääsuke’s coming-of-age comedy, penned by Ewert Kiwi and Mart Raun (who will also serve as DoP), revolves around the story of three sisters, who have each reached a different breaking point in their lives. Liis (Grete Konksi) has just graduated from high school and finds out that her planned future with her boyfriend may not be as certain as she thought; her older sister Karin (Piret Krumm), the first victim.
