Interviewing Vegyn isn’t easy. After three months of back-and-forth, I’m finally given a time to meet him on a gray day in early March at a coffee spot in east London. I’ve been eager to make this happen. Vegyn’s career is one of the most impressive in modern music, distinguished by collaboration, style, and a fair amount of mystery.

Cast your mind back to 1997. Britpop’s bubble had yet to burst, the Spice Girls were the biggest band on the planet, and Aqua’s “Barbie Girl” was inescapable. Pixie Lott has confirmed the identity of the third single from her debut album. "The next single's a song called 'Cry Me Out' and it's a proper ballad," she revealed. The song was co-written by Lott with Mads Hauge, Phil Thornalley and Colin Campsie. Lott's first single 'Mama Do' made number one in May, while her follow-up 'Boys And Girls' is expected to top the singles chart later today. Her debut album Turn It Up is released tomorrow. (more)...
