Roselyn Sanchez is a new mom of two — and looking as radiant as ever.
The Devious Maids actress stepped out Thursday evening to co-host the 18th Annual Latin Grammy Awards at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, setting the red carpet aflame in a one-shoulder, body-hugging black gown featuring cut-outs throughout the bodice and a trumpet skirt.
Later in the evening while onstage, the 44-year-old sported a fitted white jumpsuit complete with see-through panels all along the shoulders, arms, torso and legs.

The initial teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, released in April, ended with a shocking quote from Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill): "I only know one truth: It's time for the Jedi to end." Say what?! For months, fans have been trying to decipher what that line of dialogue will mean for the character, first introduced in 1977. "I'm sure this line is a great shock to the audience, so you can imagine how I felt! This is a huge change for a character who once represented optimism and hope. It's a radical decision to drop out of everything he's ever believed in," Hamill said in the Winter 2017 edition of Disney Rewards Insider. "The entire movie is filled with these kinds of...

There's King in the North, a Queen in the South, a Khaleesi at Sea, and a whole lot of of unanswered questions in between. Game of Thrones' sixth season ended with dramatic advancements of the major players across the board, but that doesn't mean we can see their fates any more clearly than Melisandre could in her infamously fickle fires. We know who Jon's parents are — will he ever find out? Can the big Stark and Targaryen coalitions last? And where the hell is Euron Greyjoy, anyway?

The game of thrones is still being played in the season 6 finale, whatever the threat from beyond the wall. Spoilers ahead...
This review contains spoilers.
6.10 The Winds Of Winter
There's a lot to discuss when talking about Game Of Thrones. Brilliant performances, incredible special effects, impressive writing, action, suspense, drama, comedy... there's so much to take in that it's very easy to forget about something when discussing episodes. However, music is one of the most important aspects to any television show or movie, and if you don't believe me, then try watching a horror movie on mute and see if it has the same impact.
Game Of Thrones opens up with a person putting on a crown, and ends with a person putting on a crown. Margaery, Tommen, the High Sparrow, Cersei... they're all busy getting dressed. It's trial day, and King Tommen has declared that trial...

Warning: Major Spoilers Will Follow
The highly anticipated new release from Marvel studios, Captain America: Civil War has made its way to cinema screens across the globe, and so far the critical reception and box office numbers are looking good. I do get annoyed when critics so clearly have a bias towards one brand name or the other, so in lieu of a standard review, I’m going to give you several good points, and several bad points from the movie. Because yes, believe it or not, for everything Civil War did right, they did some wrong, as well. Let’s start with the bad, and work our way through to the good, shall we?
Character motivation – Whereas the movie seems to endorse one side over the other, the comic book crossover event penned by Mark Millar poses more of an ethical dilemma. In the movie version, though it happens in a somewhat similar way,...

Finally, another season of Game of Thrones is upon us! It’s felt like a Game of Thrones Summer since the last episode of season five aired. To prepare for the show’s sixth season debut this weekend, I’m breaking down my six hopes (theories) for Game of Thrones. Come inside to check them out and share yours as well!
Jon Snow Resurrected
Let’s go ahead and start with the item everyone, and their mom, wants a quick resolution to: the resurrection of Jon Snow. Last season ended with a cliffhanger to end all cliffhangers. Is Jon Snow really dead? Fans from both the books and the show created theories about what happened; with some even claiming to see a purple light in his eyes, indicating a supernatural aspect to him. Personally, I checked about 12 times and there’s no purple light...Turn off the black light behind you.

I promise I will not spoil anything about Captain America: Civil War in this review.
I know you’re all excited to see Captain America: Civil War, and you know what? You should be! Nothing can prepare you for what you are going to witness in this movie. You’ve seen lots of incredibly awesome footage from the trailers, TV spots, and featurettes, but those don’t even give you any of the best parts of this movie. All of the footage that has been shared so far is just a big tease of the complete badassery that awaits you.
As you’ve already gathered from what you’ve seen, the basic plot centers around a new law being implemented that keeps the Avengers regulated and in check. Captain America isn’t too keen on the idea, and it’s the first major hiccup in the Avengers’ relationship. This is what initially splits the team,...

Let’s be naughty and treat this recap of Sleepy Hollow‘s midseason premiere like one of those frozen novelty cones sold by ice cream trucks: We’ll bite off and savor the delicious end first. Sound yummy?
Yes, most of us were fairly certain that Abbie hadn’t shuffled off to that great Corbin’s Cabin in the sky. Still, going nearly the full hour without a glimpse of Ichabod’s petite partner was no fun — and Team Wtf was much the worse for wear. Jenny cried. Joe got pistol-whipped. Just when I thought the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics couldn’t get any better than Jamaican bobsledders, Eddie The Eagle comes along and spreads the legend of Britain’s ski-jumping wunderkind, Michael “Eddie” Edwards. “But Matt, how can movies about the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics get any better than Cool Runnings?” I hear you ask. Great question, person way too into bobsledding – but I promise it does.
Dexter Fletcher (you know, Pinky from Doom?) patriotically waves his British flag while bringing the story of Eddie Edwards to life, capturing the reckless determination that made a young boy’s dreams come true. This wide-eyed young jumper taught a nation what it meant to be alive, and redefined how we view success – lessons learned through bumps, bruises, and healthy mouthfuls of snow.

Game of Thrones fans are used to George R. R. Martin killing their favorite characters. Now he’s killing their hopes, as well.
“The Winds of Winter is not finished,” the author wrote on his blog Saturday, confirming reports of his inability to deliver the next book in the Song of Ice and Fire series in time for readers to have it in hand when the HBO series returns in April.
“Believe me, it gave me no pleasure to type those words. You’re disappointed, and you’re not alone,” Martin wrote, adding that HBO is among those displeased with his delay.

Adele's highly anticipated album, 25, has finally made its way into the world, and dedicated fans have surely already started to pour themselves into every gut-wrenching song and all the heartbreaking lyrics. While favorites are already being thrown around, there's one song that certainly deserves a few minutes in the spotlight. It's called "Remedy," and it somehow carries a different tone - it quite subtly seems to speak of a different kind of love. In his absence, Hitfix Editor-in-Chief Richard Rushfield is stepping in to guest recap “Game of Thrones.” “A Targaryen alone in the world is a terrible thing.” Hello everyone and thank you for letting me step me into these very big shoes this week. First of all, just to declare my conflicts of interests, while I know this blog has shown a decided leaning towards the simpering survivors of the Stark family, I stand Lannister proud; true in my loyalty to Queen Cersei, the only one in this realm of the deluded fit to preside over the Seven Kingdoms. However, I promise readers to do my utmost to put my personal preferences to the side as we consider together the important question of just what the heck was going on this week and where are we all headed in this Game. This episode, in fact,...

Had I known that last night’s episode of Supernatural was going to pull a Bobby on us (remember the mid-season finale last year?) again, I would have called in sick to the day job, stayed home, live-blogged with you all, and ugly-cried to myself about why bad things happen to good people. Alas, The CW tells me nothing in advance (the show’s stars are happily married so there goes my plan B) so here we are.
We start off the episode with a murderous church glee club (New Directions, they are not) laying the smack down on a biker gang and as it turns out, both sides are angels, serving a master. What I said last time about the summer being a fairly quiet time for the streaming world, please disregard. Rather than wait for the autumn when people are more inclined to slump on a sofa in front of the tube, Netflix, Lovefilm and a new contender have decided that everyone just loves good movies and TV and so have flooded the marketplace with good content in a battle to outdo one another. The winner again is you the consumer and the hardest part may be to actually choose just one of these outlets to subscribe to.
That new contender I talked about is Sky, who has thrown their hat into the ring with Now TV, which is essentially an on demand version of their Sky Movie channels available over the internet. If you have seen the Now TV website and thought they didn’t actually have much content then think again.

It's happened to all of us before: you see someone on the street you swear you know. But what if you recognized that person not because they look like a friend, but because they look just like you? That's the mind-bending premise of "Orphan Black," the new sci-fi series premiering on Space and BBC America on March 30.
And while good science-fiction always grounds its more out-there elements in something familiar, like a shared personal experience or universal theme, "Orphan Black" takes the idea of identity crisis and multiplies it. That's because the series star Tatiana Maslany doesn't just play one leading role in the new show, she plays enough to necessitate the use of a cheat sheet.
It all starts when Sarah (Maslany) witnesses a woman who looks just like her, Beth (also Maslany), jump in front of a train. And looking for a way out of her own less-than-perfect life,...

Everybody knows the story of the birth of Jesus, right? Right. It’s been told a bazillion times. But it’s safe to say that it’s never been told the way Peter tells it in Sunday’s Family Guy (9 pm/Fox). And it’s never included a cameo by Ryan Reynolds!
Winter Preview | Your January Premieres Calendar Has Arrived!
In the holiday-themed episode, not only does the Griffin clan’s patriarch cast himself and wife Lois as Joseph and Mary, but his version of the tale involves a forerunner of the son of God (played by Reynolds).

An absorbing portrait of Patrick Leigh Fermor found the man behind the myth, while Edna O'Brien's perfect memoir cherished her many lives and loves
The outstanding achievement in literary biography this year was Artemis Cooper's Patrick Leigh Fermor (Murray £25). Like Dickens (whose life as told by Claire Tomalin was a highlight of 2011), Paddy Leigh Fermor lived life to the limit. Before he was 30, he had not only walked from London to Constantinople, but had fallen in love with a Romanian princess and, famously, abducted a German general in the battle for Crete. Leigh Fermor is a colourful and romantic proposition, but how do you write about a man who has already been mythologised in bestsellers such as Ill Met By Moonlight? Cooper's answer is to find the man behind the myth in a sharp, absorbing portrait of the scholar-gypsy. I was particularly grateful for the news that, until well into old age,...

Biggest Discovery:
My biggest discovery came the morning of the very last day, Sunday September 16th when I missed my screening to my most anticipated film, Michael Heneke’s Amour, because for some strange reason, Toronto is the only major metropolitan in the world whose subway stations only open at 9:00 am – the exact same time my film screened. Wtf, yo?
As far as films go, I’d have to sadly say I don’t have a major discovery. Perhaps I spend too much time online following the latest news and updates from the world of cinema, but there was not one film I saw that I didn’t already know nothing of.
Biggest Waste Of Time:
What was the worst and most embarrassing aspect of Tiff 2012 was that awful excuse for a L’Oreal bumper, an advertisement so bad, so inept, so unbelievably painful, it’s almost...

When they get around to carving Mount Rushmore-like busts into the mountains surrounding Park City, the smirking face of Parker Posey is sure to have a prime location. The actress is a Sundance favorite, winning an acting award for The House of Yes in 1997, and serving as a member of the 2010 jury that honored Winter’s Bone and Restrepo. This year, she plays a monstrous boss — think if her Dazed & Confused character grew up and went corporate — in Price Check, and on Thursday night, she joined Joseph Gordon-Levitt on stage and gave his Hit RECord at the Movies show her...

A man comes out of a building in Chinatown on fire in the rain. Mac (Gary Sinise) comments on his eyebrows and eyelashes being singed. There's bruising on his his cheek but his face hasn't got the same degree of burns as his chest. Stella (Melina Kanakaredes) comments on there being "something gooey here." Randy de Puniet - Motorcycle Racing
Randy de Puniet doesn’t have to be a badass motorcycle rider to be super sexy, although it certainly does not hurt. De Puniet is a Grand Prix motorcyclist, which has to be one of the scariest sports imaginable. Not only is de Puniet an athlete, he is also a member of the Champions for Peace Club, which aims to create world peace through sport. This definitely increases his appeal, because world peace is totally sexy.

The Hunger Games fans were displeased with Gary Ross’ choice of Jennifer Lawrence to play as Katniss Everdeen. Fans said that she was too old, did not look like the character and went as far as talking about her hair, despite her Academy Award nominated performance in Winter’s Bone.
But there are two reasons that fans have cited as to why this decision is a marketing one: age and appearance. The book’s premise is based around teenagers killing each other, and without the young age of the combatants, an essential component of the story is lost. Katniss Everdeen, the protagonist, is 16-years-old. Jennifer Lawrence is 20, and looks like she could be even older. But by upping the age of the character(s), the subject matter of the film becomes more palatable to general audiences, opening up the film to a wider demographic — and in turn, bigger box office earnings.

They say the revolution will be televised -- but when it comes to the upcoming adaptation of Suzanne Collins' "The Hunger Games," the revolution is also being tweeted, Facebooked and blogged about like almost nothing we've seen before.
And yesterday, Lionsgate just about knocked the Earth off its axis with the announcement that Jennifer Lawrence has been cast as lead revolutionary Katniss Everdeen.
But don't worry, folks: we're here to sort through the aftermath, beginning with feedback from the man who made the big decision himself, "Hunger Games" director Gary Ross. And to hear Ross talk about it, despite months of rumor and speculation, this one was never actually in doubt.
"I absolutely cast the right person for the role and in my view there wasn’t even a question who the best Katniss was," Ross told Entertainment Weekly. "It was the easiest casting decision I ever made in my life.

'Hunger Games' director Gary Ross talks about 'the easiest casting decision of my life' -- Exclusive
This afternoon Lionsgate announced that The Hunger Games had finally found its hero. Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence (Winter’s Bone) will play Katniss Everdeen, the embattled tribute from District 12 who goes on to lead a revolution in Suzanne Collins’ best-selling trilogy. Director Gary Ross spoke exclusively with EW about why 20-year-old Lawrence is the right actress, at the right age, to bring Katniss to life on the big screen. (Warning: Some spoilers follow.)
Entertainment Weekly: When did you know Jennifer Lawrence was your Katniss?
Gary Ross: First, I saw Winter’s Bone, and I just thought she was phenomenally...

"The Mentalist" is about to blow up -- literally.
Eric Winter ("Brothers & Sisters") makes his debut next Thursday on the hit CBS drama, which recently began its third season, and his appearance will cause friction between members of the team.
One in particular? Wayne Rigsby, played by British actor Owain Yeoman.
"In plot terms, he's representing my love rival, so Rigsby's gotta up his romantic game a little bit," Yeoman told The Hollywood Reporter. "It's a new dynamic for us. It's a great little rivalry between us and we're enjoying playing it."
Winter's character Craig O'Loughlin, a former football player-turned-fbi agent, will be vying for the affections of Grace Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti), but his introduction in the third episode is one that will be difficult to forget.
"His entrance into the show is probably one of the most spectacular entrances I've ever seen in 2010," Yeoman teased. "Put it...

Paris Hilton tweeted that she was leaving Japan, after she was detained in the country. The heiress and tv personality tweeted Wednesday, "About to take off. Going home now. So dissppointed [sic] to miss my fans in Asia. I promise to come back soon. I love you all! Love Paris xoxo." Paris was detained in Tokyo after she plead guilty in Nevada on Monday to two misdemeanors including a drug charge. Paris, 29, was stopped by immigration officials at Tokyo's Narita airport following her arrival into the country on a business trip. The socialite tweeted earlier that day, writing: "On my way to my Asia to debut my Fall/Winter Collections. So excited to see all my fans. First stop - Tokyo." She also linked to a story detailing her Asian tour that would unveil her upcoming clothing collection. While she was detained, a rep for the heiress commented to "The Insider" on the situation,...

‘Despicable Me,’ ‘Predators,’ ‘Kids Are All Right’ open well as holdovers thrive. Weekend box office
By Scott Mendelson
hollywoodnews.com: It was an ‘everybody wins!’ weekend at the box office, as the openers all performed at or above expectations and the holdovers didn’t quite crash as badly as expected. First off, Universal scored its first probable domestic blockbuster since The Bourne Ultimatum three years ago, and its first animation smash since, I dunno, An American Tail: Fievel Goes West, with Despicable Me. Opening with $60.1 million, the film had the fifteenth-largest opening weekend for an animated feature ever. It is also the first $60 million+ opening for a cartoon not released by Pixar, Dreamworks, or Fox (the second Ice Age picture and The Simpsons Movie). It is the ninth-largest opening for a non-sequel cartoon, with six of those openings coming from Pixar alone. Say what you will about the 3-D price-bump, but this is double the opening of Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and about...
