Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman (D) is having some fun with conspiracy theories about him by selling merchandise at his campaign store.
A shirt that reads “John Fetterman’s Body Double” is up for sale at his campaign website for $35, which references a conspiracy theory that suggests he has numerous clones that fill in for him at the Capitol.
The conspiracy started a month ago mainly on the social media site X, formerly known as Twitter, where he said he “lost a bet with Karl,” who is his teenage son, in a post with him wearing a mustache and glasses rather than his signature goatee. With some thinking he looked different, a conspiracy that Fetterman had clones filling in for him spread like wildfire across the web.
Fetterman’s campaign is also selling t-shirts that take aim at criticism of conservative commentators criticizing the Senate’s new informal dress code. This...

Having run for more than 30 years, "The Simpsons" has seen many writers come and go. One of the most acclaimed was John Swartzwelder, who wrote for the series from its first season to its fifteenth; his final episode was "The Regina Monologues," when the Simpsons family visits England and meets esteemed guest stars like then-Prime Minister Tony Blair and J.K. Rowling.
After leaving "The Simpsons" in 2003 (barring a brief return to help with "The Simpsons Movie" in 2007), Swartzwelder became a novelist. All this time, however, he's remained reclusive. He gave his first interview ever to The New Yorker in 2021. In the interview, Swartzwelder revealed the secret to writing Homer Simpson's character.
How To Write Homer Simpsons
It'd take far too much space to list every classic "Simpsons" episode which Swartzwelder wrote. However, some Homer-centric ones on his resume include "Homer The Vigilante," where Homer leads a task force to...

TV pilots can be a funny thing. Setting up a brilliant premise and squeezing in all your best ideas, lines and action into that first hour of telly to get a programme made is one thing. Being able to follow it up without there being a sense of anti-climax is entirely another.
Thankfully The Americans doesn't fall into the trap of the 'tricky second episode', expanding on the pilot's strengths and digging deeper into the secrets and lies at the heart of this compelling espionage show.
Elizabeth (Keri Russell) and Philip (Matthew Rhys) got down to some proper spying this week and their back seat romps were put on the, erm, back seat. Ordered to get a listening device into the defence secretary's office ahead of a visit from Maggie Thatcher, the duo showcased their ruthlessness and also their frailties as spies.
