- Eric Fischer was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to parents Mark and Linda Fischer. Eric has one sister, Kelly Fischer. Growing up in Ohio, Eric excelled in sports while also juggling a small acting career. At 18 years old he was drafted by the Chicago White Sox where he played in their organization for 6 years. Eric was then traded to the Minnesota Twins organization where he retired from baseball in 2005 due to enduring 4 arms surgeries. Eric then made the move to Los Angeles in 2007, turned back to his love of the arts, and immediately began booking commercials that led to work on feature films and TV as an actor. Soon after, Eric began producing feature films.
Eric earned a BA from Cal State, Northridge with focuses in Film production and Electronic Media Management.
Eric is married to fellow Filmmaker Brianna Lee Johnson.

- He was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 7th round of the 1998 Major League Baseball Draft. He was rule V drafted by the Minnesota Twins in 2002 where he finished his career in 2005. He endured four arm surgeries that prevented him from making the major leagues.
He attended the famed Archbishop Moeller High School in Cincinnati, Ohio where Ken Griffey Jr, Barry Larkin, and other greats also attended.
