Book of Mormon co-director Casey Nicholaw is in talks to direct an Austin Powers stage musical, which is being written by the international man of mystery himself, Mike Myers. The theatrical production will act as a prequel to the screen versions that appeared in the late '90s and ended in 2002 with Goldmember. Myers will set the spy spoof tale in 1960's London, revealing how the cheeky British agent found his mojo. It doesn't seem like a far stretch for Powers to hit the stage considering the musical montages featured in each movie and Myers love of song.
