Bruce Timm is an animator and a television producer who has worked extensively in the Dcau. His ideas have been awesome but one idea for a 2nd Batman Beyond movie might have just crossed the line if it was released.
With Batman, Bruce Wayne, the murder of his parents, and, Catwoman in the mix, a sequel to Batman Beyond was already an idea for Bruce Timm. The thought, however, would have gone down a very dark lane and might not have ended up looking good for the Dcau!
