Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the woods. Yep, a sequel is on its way for the found footage Sasquatchploitation flick The Lost Coast Tapes, entitled Bigfoot: Beyond the Lost Coast Tapes, and we have a look at the first teaser one-sheet for you.

"Okay guys this is the first teaser poster for the sequel. Hopefully hard work and the support of you guys who have been behind us will help have this new movie in the can this year... Id love to hear what you guys think the sequel will be about... More to come.

Corey Grant is an African-American director with such titles as Hip-Hop Task Force and its follow-up, Studio, on his resume. Stereotypically speaking, he's not your typical horror director.
But this fearless filmmaker recently trekked to Northern California with his crew and brought back Bigfoot: The Lost Coast Tapes, which opens this Friday, October 19th.
"It's about a disgraced television host who was hoaxed by a fictional UFO story on a previous show, and it killed his career," Grant said in describing Bigfoot: The Lost Coast Tapes. A Bigfoot found footage film is pretty much as natural as that genre gets, and it looks like we may have a good one, in The Lost Coast Tapes. The film comes out this year, and we have two trailers, along with a couple posters and promo’s from the movie, all of which look sweet (all from Dread Central).

The new documentary-style horror feature from director Corey Grant features a group of journalists who head out into the woods to debunk a Bigfoot hunters claim that he has the body of a dead Sasquatch.
