- Peter Tedeschi is an actor, writer and producer with extensive stage credits, as well as work behind and in front of the camera. He has a Master of Fine Arts degree in acting from Carnegie Mellon University and another from the Moscow Art Theatre Institute in Russia. He has a Bachelor's Degree in journalism from Marquette University, where he double majored in journalism and Spanish literature. All that training put him in the unique position of being an all-around story-teller, sometimes through non-fiction (journalism) and sometimes through fiction (theater and film). The New York Times, The Village Voice and Newsday have singled out his performances in and around New York. The Russian press called him a "pure souled actor." On New York and regional theater stages, he has played everything from the "obnoxious and disliked" founding father John Adams (three times in 1776), to the former slave owner who sees the light Phineas Fletcher (Uncle Tom's Cabin), to Shakespeare's Benedick (Much Ado About Nothing), to Shakespeare's Polixenes (The Winter's Tale), and to a suicidal, alcoholic actor (The Lower Depths). Despite those heady roles, he actually seems to spend most of his time on stage doing comedy and crazy farce. As a journalist, he's covered life-changing events like war zones in Central America, Middle East Peace Talks, and the September 11th attacks. He created Larry King Weekend on CNN and served as senior producer of Larry King Live. He co-created, developed and served as executive producer of Noticiero CNN and later CNN en Espanol (CNN's Spanish-language service), he was also senior executive producer of CNN Financial News, overseeing coverage of world economics.- IMDb Mini Biography By: Anonymous
