A major draw of ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ appears to be the abundance of cameos and variants slated to feature in the film. Currently, there are rumors or confirmations of 25 characters from the former Fox ‘X-Men’ franchise and other properties making appearances.
Among them is Dafne Keen’s Laura. While her character’s presence hasn’t been officially confirmed, fans speculate her involvement based on the strong hints towards Wolverine’s past, or at least one of his variants, which seem to allude to the character.
Dafne Keen portrayed Laura in ‘Logan,’ widely acclaimed as one of the finest Wolverine films.

Created using genetic material from mutants and carried by captive women, Laura inherited Wolverine’s healing abilities and retractable claws. Unlike him, her skeleton lacked full adamantium coating. The children, meant for military use, were...

I enjoyed The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey, the Y/A sci-fi novel that this film is based on. I thought it was interesting, entertaining and fun. I was intrigued to see if the film would be able to deliver those same things. I didn’t see the film right away, and I began to notice the negative reviews coming out about it. People giving it some super-low ratings and calling it “terrible” and “worthless” and other similar words. I wanted to check it out for myself.
Directed by J Blakeson (The Disappearance of Alice Creed, The Descent Part 2), the story of The 5th Wave takes part in a world that has been invaded by aliens. Deadly...

Brian Truitt over at USA Today, gave it an 75 score, saying: "The 5th Wave finds a way to make the most of Moretz’s talents, with the emotionality she showed in If I Stay and the utter physical chutzpah of her Kick-Ass films." Clark Collis over at Entertainment Weekly, gave it a 58 score. He stated: "The frankly preposterous nature of the film...
