In a new interview, Pierce, 70, shared his thoughts on Aaron potentially playing Bond.
Keep reading to find out more…“I think the man has the chops and the talent and the charisma to play Bond, very much so,” Pierce shared on The Ray D’Arcy Show.
Pierce then recalled to working with Aaron in the 2008 movie The Greatest.

In the original "X-Men" animated series, we're introduced to Marvel's mutant characters by way of Jubilee, a teen girl who has just discovered that she has mutant powers, which puts her in danger of being pursued by the dangerous Sentinels under the Mutant Registration Act. Rescued by the X-Men, Jubilee becomes a young new recruit on the team, and she acts as a proxy for the audience to be introduced to the world of Professor Charles Xavier and his School for the Gifted.
However, when "X-Men: The Animated Series" came to an end with the fifth season, Jubilee had become a full-fledged member of the team. Her wardrobe even changed to reflect that she'd grown up a bit, and the episode "Jubilee's Fairytale Theater" affirmed that the rest of the X-Men viewed her as an equally formidable mutant. Thankfully, "X-Men '97" provides a similar entry point for new viewers...

Ian Fleming’s secret agent with a license to kill, James Bond has been brought to life by seven actors. It began with Sean Connery in 1962 and most recently, Daniel Craig finished his stint as Agent 007.
Daniel Craig || No Time to Die
Craig’s performance as the character is critically acclaimed, and some even call his portrayal the best ever. However, it might surprise one that Craig was initially hesitant to take on the role. While he might have been a bit reluctant to don that iconic tuxedo, the producers knew exactly what the movie needed and managed to have him on board.
Daniel Craig Told The Producers Why He Was Not The Best Fit For James Bond

The on-screen adaptation of James Bond began in 1962 with Sean Connery. David Niven, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, and Pierce Brosnan also took the role before Craig stepped in.

Five members of the LGBTQ community are leveling accusations of sexual assault or coercion against drag performer Shangela, who settled a previous rape case that allegedly took place on the set of an HBO series through mediation in February.
In a Rolling Stone article published on Monday, the five accusers recount incidents in which Darius Jeremy Pierce, the man behind the drag persona Shangela, who appeared in season two of Ru Paul’s Drag Race and HBO’s drag-centric show, We’re Here, allegedly assaulted individuals or attempted to get them inebriated beyond the ability to give consent. All five told the magazine that they came forward after HBO production assistant Daniel McGarrigle filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing Pierce of drugging and raping him after a 2020 wrap party; the case was settled in mediation after a judge tossed two of the charges. Daniel Sackheim’s intriguing landscapes of Los Angeles evoke a time of classic film of the Film Noir period. His landscapes of Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood Blvd, the distant pier of Santa Monica create a moody scene iridescent of classics like Double Indemnity; Mildred Pierce, The Third Man, and Shadow of a Doubt. The seductive tones of a bygone era are visually stimulating creating a mood of mystery that captured the eyes of audiences when The Maltese Falcon was first released.
Sackheim’s directing credits include Lovecraft Country, Game of Thrones, True Detective, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, and Ozark to name a few. Having been a director for many years before delving into photography, he says his eye tends to land on a cinematic sensibility naturally. This perspective then informs his approach to photographic storytelling.

Shangela is facing serious accusations.
In a new Rolling Stone report, the 42-year-old RuPaul’s Drag Race breakthrough star is being accused of sexual assault by multiple people.
Four people allege to Rolling Stone that Shangela (Darius Jeremy “DJ” Pierce) either sexually assaulted them or attempted to have sex with them when they were too inebriated to consent, and a fifth person claims the drag star attempted anal penetration in a bathroom closet despite rejecting his advances.
Keep reading to find out more…
The allegations were laid out in a recently settled civil lawsuit against the star by a former colleague. According to the court documents, he was accused of raping a production assistant from HBO‘s We’re Here after purchasing several drinks for them.
Shangela, through his lawyer Andrew Brettler, called the allegations “false and unsupported by any evidence or reliable witness testimony,” and said that there were “significant problems with purported accusers’ accounts.

Shangela was a breakthrough star. With her sharp-tongued retorts, viral catchphrases, and distinctive Southern accent, the gregarious Texas drag queen quickly rose to become one of RuPaul’s Drag Race’s most beloved contestants. “[It’s] like ‘Angela’ with an ‘S-h,’” she explained on the show. “The debutantess of the Deep South.”

Throughout its six season run, "Community" encountered a genuinely impressive set of challenges. First of all, series creator, Dan Harmon, was kicked off his own show, which considering his behavior wasn't all that shocking. An admitted heavy drinker, Harmon also became notorious for what The Hollywood Reporter referred to as his "eleventh-hour rewrites, or 'Harmon passes,'" which he would foist upon the cast and crew during filming. Harmon also fell out with star Chevy Chase, and the show was known for its long shooting days and erratic schedule. No wonder Alison Brie described the "Community" set as "frantic, frenetic, chaotic"
Then, there was the constant threat of cancellation, which loomed over "Community" until the show was actually canceled by NBC after its fifth season. Yahoo's then-new streaming service, Yahoo! Screen, picked up the show for its sixth and final season that seemed destined to fail. And fail it did.

“I think I’m a bit old for that,” Cillian said in response, via People.
Pierce is an expert on James Bond. He took over the role in 1995′s GoldenEye and played the iconic spy in four movies, ending with 2002′s Die Another Day. After that, Daniel Craig took over

Six seasons and a movie -- it's finally happening!
A Community movie is apparently in the works, with star Joel McHale stating the film will begin shooting in 2024.
It's been nine years since we last saw our favorite Greendale Human Beings, and we have a lot of questions about the upcoming film. Here's everything we know so far about the Community movie.
Community Movie Release Date
There has been a lot of back and forth about whether a Community movie would ever be made. With the famous "six seasons and a movie" line from the show, fans have long held out hope.
In September 2022, Peacock ordered a Community movie. However, series creator Dan Harmon later expressed concern that the movie wouldn't happen at all despite being "nearly done" with the script.
In January 2023, Joel McHale said the movie would be filming that summer, but production was canceled due to the actor and writer strikes.

Taraji P. Henson is going to keep telling her truth.
As she took the stage at the 2024 ABFF Honors on Sunday night, “The Color Purple” star pointed to a tattoo on her left bicep that spells out those words exactly: “The Truth.”
“If you are alive and God blessed you with another day to live, it is your job to tell your truth,” Henson told the crowd gathered for the American Black Film Festival’s marquee gala. “Because by you telling your truth, you set yourself free and somebody else free. When we stay quiet, nothing changes. The squeaky wheel gets fixed.”
That ideology is something Henson’s learned to keep close over the years, particularly when it comes to navigating Hollywood.
Late last year, Henson spoke her truth and sparked an important conversation about the unique challenges Black actresses face. She used her platform during “The Color Purple” press...

CBS audiences first met Carrie Preston’s alter ego Elsbeth Tascioni in a first-season episode of their prestige legal drama “The Good Wife.” The character would go on to appear in almost every season of that series and quickly leapfrogged to its even-better sequel “The Good Fight,” where she dropped in on three of its six years. Clearly a favorite of fans as well as series creators Robert King and Michelle King, Preston’s Elsbeth, a daffy and disorganized but utterly unassuming and brilliant lawyer, now has her own series, which debuted its premiere episode on Feb. 29 — a leap year, how fitting.
Relocated from Chicago to New York City (where all of the “Good” series shoot), Elsbeth now works for the New York Police Department as an observer, making sure the force’s officers follow the letter of the law. The series introduces two new regulars: Wendell Pierce as the...

The Dceu has faced its fair share of ups and downs lately. But one consistent point of praise has been the casting choices, particularly actors like Henry Cavill as Superman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.
Henry Cavill and Wonder Woman in the Dceu
Anyways, James Gunn is now all set to change the whole universe. While his reboot sounds like a fresh idea, there is also a bittersweet feeling because they’re shaking up the cast.
Gunn and Peter Safran seem to have something new in the works, and it makes sense why they’re opting for younger actors like David Corenswet (as they provide longevity and potential for more movies in the future).
After his casting as Clark Kent/Superman in June 2023, new cast names were soon revealed, including Nicholas Hoult as the classic villain Lex Luthor. Most recently, the actor for Perry White has also been announced.

Kelsey Grammer landed the role of Dr. Frasier Crane in 1984. For the last 40 years, he has played the role of the high-class psychiatrist, off and on. Most recently, he reprised the role in 2023 in the Frasier reboot. While season 1 was a hit, a renewal for season 2 was not quick to come. The wait, however, is over. Great Caesar’s Ghost, Perry White has been found.
Wendell Pierce, perhaps best known for his work as a detective on HBO’s seminal crime series The Wire, has been cast as the iconic editor-in-chief of The Daily Planet in James Gunn’s Superman.
The new feature based on the DC Comics character began rolling in Atlanta on Thursday. It was previously titled Superman: Legacy.
David Corenswet is starring as Clark Kent/Superman, with Rachel Brosnahan playing Daily Planet reporter Lois Lane. The cast also includes Nicholas Hoult as classic villain Lex Luthor.
The character of Perry White is a Man of Steel fixture, first introduced in a Superman radio serial in 1940. He is the boss of both Kent and Lane, and depending on the incarnation, can be a tough-as-nails boss, the harried-by-his-reporters boss, or a father-figure boss. I love a good star turn. Sometimes referred to as a “hero’s entrance,” a star turn is an elevated way of introducing an important character, often the lead, who, typically, is played by a famous actor. An oft-cited example (and the one my professor referenced in film school) comes from “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” when Harrison Ford’s not-yet-titular archaeologist is shown first from behind and teased in shadow so Steven Spielberg can set up this doozy of a reveal, where Indiana Jones steps toward the camera and into the light. The fanfare for his debut paired with the magnitude of his unimpeded presence leave no doubt you’re looking at a full-fledged, indisputable, unmissable movie star.
Kate Winslet, of course, is also a star. A Tony away from Egot and with more remarkable performances than I have room to list here, the once and future Mare of Easttown...

Robert and Michelle King’s The Good Wife and The Good Fight spinoff Elsbeth is TV’s latest series about an eccentric non-police investigator using their eccentricities to solve murders, as well as the latest to use a throwback template — we tend to cite Columbo, though Columbo is hardly the only apt reference — to (slightly) freshen up the procedural format.
This is a dual trend I’ve written about and analyzed to death — so to speak — so let’s try something else.
Elsbeth, which transplants Carrie Preston’s delightfully odd and unfailingly effective Elsbeth Tascioni to the Big Apple, represents the Kings in comfort-food mode.
Coming after six seasons of Paramount+’s The Good Fight, one of the angriest and funniest shows of the Trump Era, and CBS and Paramount+’s Evil (currently wrapping its fourth season), in which humor and horror elements capture the perpetual discomfort of modern urban life,...

It’s been 15 years since “The Good Wife” first premiered on CBS, seven years since its initial spinoff, “The Good Fight,” helped launch CBS All Access, and zero years since “Elsbeth” brings the “Good” universe full circle. On February 29, 2024, the franchise returns to CBS — albeit with every advertisement noting you can also watch episodes on CBS All Access Paramount+ — as the Carrie Preston-starring drama series extends Robert and Michelle King’s legal procedurals into new territory: Instead of outwitting her fellow attorneys, Elsbeth now polices the police.
Preston stars as Elsbeth Tascioni, a defense attorney first introduced in “The Good Wife” (and brought back for “The Good Fight”) whose ceaselessly chipper demeanor encourages friends and enemies alike to underestimate her at every turn. In the “Elsbeth” pilot, she enters a crime scene wearing a foam Statue of Liberty hat, shamelessly flaunting her image as the bright-eyed tourist in a city of hardened cynics.

Is The Good Doctor finally getting back on track now that the series is ending?
The Good Doctor Season 7 Episode 1 was one of the strongest stories we've had in years. Shaun and Lea's conflict over Steve's schedule didn't take over the entire hour and complemented the main story nicely.
And Morgan was a lot more tolerable than usual, too. If this farewell season stays focused on change and growth, the series will go out on a high note.
Morgan's behavior throughout the hour was the opposite of what I expected.
She's usually fiercely committed to her path, so I predicted in my The Good Doctor Season 7 Episode 1 spoilers that she would fight bitterly with the other mother over the heart. I've never been so thankful to be wrong!
Morgan still pushed Park away, at least until he called her on it.
But she also bonded with Mrs. Pierce over their infants' need for heart surgery,...
