The American Cancer Society's Giants of Science gala on October 14 at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills will honor global ambassador and jewelry designer, Simone I. Smith, and six American Cancer Society-funded researchers from UCLA, City of Hope, and the California Institute of Technology whose work contributes to raise funds for the Society’s groundbreaking research programs.

Tension was the red team’s downfall this week as the black team dominated week six of The Biggest Loser Season 13. The red team put in hard work but their dedication to unity was not on point and for that, they suffered. With Conda and Adrian still butting heads, we all knew what was coming…
Without missing a beat, Adrian was still talking to the house to defend his position in the game while the house was still reeling in the moment of Nancy’s elimination. Adrian has a lot of growing to do. We saw it last week and continued to see that Adrian is an individual that is far too busy thinking about what he wil say to defend himself that he doesn’t listen and take the time to truly face the ranch from his team mates’ perspectives. That is his downfall and is what ultimately attributed to his elimination.
