'Britain's Got Talent' favourite Sam Kelly may have to pull out of the show. The 19-year-old singer - who wowed judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams during the audition stages with his version of Adele's 'Make You Feel My Love' - broke four ribs while playing football and is now worried he may not have recovered in time for the live shows in two weeks time.
