McGregor Forever is a documentary series about Conor McGregor in May on Netflix.
Conor McGregor was the first to win two titles in two different categories, but that was just the beginning: cover of Time magazine, $100 million fortune, media attention… The most famous Irishman in the world?
The UFC’s biggest star was born in Dublin and the road to the top was not easy. After starting out as a plumber (like in Mario Bros), he specialized in mixed martial arts. The rest is history, and in this documentary McGregor’s fans will have the opportunity to enjoy the fighter’s comments and share his illusions and the story of a career of successes, dreams and ups and downs.
A great opportunity for lovers of this sport and of this guy who, with his attractive personality, his dedication and tenacity, has been able to connect so well with the public.

Iconic Events has reached a deal with UFC to continue presenting the Mma promotion’s pay-per-view events in theaters nationwide through the end of 2022.

The partnership between Iconic and UFC began in January 2021 before most movie theaters even reopened with a pay-per-view event headlined by Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor. Iconic is aiming to appeal to Mma fans by giving them a way to see the biggest fights in an arena-esque environment with dozens of other fans and at a $25 price tag that is considerably cheaper than the $75-80 PPV prices on ESPN+.
“UFC is the ultimate theatrical sporting event – there’s simply nothing like experiencing these highly entertaining, competitive, and captivating fights on the big screen,” Iconic Events CEO Steve Bunnell said Tuesday. “UFC athletes are the best in the world and seeing them on giant movie theatre screens with the high-end sound cranked up is a thrilling way to watch them.

Megan Fox is clarifying recent comments she made about former President Donald Trump, and the star is also making it clear she didn't appreciate the feedback she received. During her visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, July 12, the 35-year-old actress discussed having attended the UFC 264 match over the weekend between Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor, which she watched at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena as part of a crowd that included Trump. In describing his arrival at the event, Megan told guest host Arsenio Hall that the real estate mogul "was a legend—that arena was very supportive of Trump when he came in." After her remarks spurred criticism from some...

Looks like Addison Rae found herself stuck in a wrestling match with public opinion. The 20-year-old TikTok star found herself in hot water after excitedly sharing photos of herself at a preliminary event for the UFC 264: Dustin Poirier vs. Conor McGregor match in Las Vegas on July 9. The "Obsessed" singer stood in a yellow dress, holding a UFC-branded microphone. She captioned the post, "I studied broadcast journalism in college for 3 whole months to prepare for this moment." However, turns out that many on the internet just misunderstood the tweet. "She did one social activation for UFC where she interviewed Dustin because they're from the same town, Lafayette," a...

Two of UFC’s biggest stars will duke it out in an anticipated showdown this weekend. Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor will fight for a third time this Saturday, July 10 at Las Vegas’s T-Mobile Arena, with the main event set to stream live at 10 p.m. Et on ESPN+.
The face-off follows Poirier’s victory at UFC 257 in January, where he defeated McGregor with a second-round knockout. Saturday’s game is sure to be close considering both fighters’ track records: McGregor defeated Poirier in 2014, when he was on his way to becoming a UFC featherweight champion, but in the meantime, Poirier has gone on to establish himself at the top of UFC’s lightweight division.

Endeavor Group Holdings is closing out its first month as a publicly traded company with a stock that is up 24% from its IPO price of $24. The company’s profile has grown outside of the entertainment industry now that it is publicly traded. Investment banking giants J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies Group and Evercore Isi Group initiated coverage of the company earlier this week.

Former Alamo Drafthouse and Regal exec joins event distributor that just added 1,000 theaters to its network
As movie theaters continue to recover from the pandemic, newly formed cinema event company Iconic Events has named former Alamo Drafthouse and Regal executive Steve Bunnell as its CEO on Wednesday.
The hire comes as Iconic has made deals with theater chains representing over 1,000 locations to add them to their network. Founded last year by former Cinemark CEO Tim Warner and former Village Roadshow co-chairman Michael Lambert, Iconic is looking to become a competitor in a space long dominated by Fathom Events, and which is becoming more popular with movie theaters trying to find as many revenue streams as possible to make up for a year’s worth of lost profit thanks to Covid-19.
Over the past three months, Iconic has grown from a dozen test locations to over 150 theaters with live event capability.

As I sit on a 16-hour chartered flight home from Abu Dhabi to Las Vegas, it’s still somewhat surreal to think what unfolded on Saturday night. Conor McGregor was knocked out by Dustin Poirier mere feet in front of me in the UFC 257 main event. It’s not that Poirier winning was some sort of unfathomable scenario. (In fact, I picked him to beat McGregor — albeit not quite like that.) The greater shock was the scene around it all, and the process I endured to be there cageside to see a megastar fall.

The first big sporting event of 2021 is upon us, as Conor McGregor takes on Dustin Poirier in tonight’s UFC 275 pay-per-view event on ESPN+.
The big fight airs live from “Fight Island” in Abu Dhabi, where the UFC has held a number of its PPV events since the coronavirus pandemic first hit in March. As with all UFC events from 2020, safety precautions mean there will be no spectators allowed in attendance, and all fighters and their team members will need to pass a Covid test before being allowed into the ring.

Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor are not the same people they were more than six years ago going into this Saturday’s UFC 257 rematch on ESPN+.
The first clash in September 2014 featured a pair of fighters in their mid-20s. Poirier and McGregor were both somewhat unpredictable, erratic and emotional. Fast forward to present day, though, and we have two matured family men who, in addition to being fighters, prioritize giving back to their communities through charitable actions.

The reason Khabib Nurmagomedov agreed to fight Dustin Poirier in Sept. instead of a rematch with Conor McGregor is simple ... "McGregor didn't beg enough." ... this according to Khabib's manager, Ali Abdelaziz. Khabib Nurmagomedov is not abandoning hope for a super fight against Ufc legend Georges St-Pierre ... his manager tells TMZ Sports he's actively working on getting the two in the Octagon.
