Back with his first original of 2015 is Russian producer Arty, who has just released “Stronger” via Insomniac Records. The track will be appearing on his upcoming album, which is currently unnamed but due for release later this year.
As the second cut from the disc (the first being “Up All Night”), “Stronger” boasts vocals from Ray Dalton, who previously made a name for himself on Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ “Can’t Hold Us.” While decidedly more laidback than the album’s first single, it’s definitely an impressive tune, what with its emotional vocals, solid pad work and catchy chord progression, which has a bit of a funky kick to it.
In a press release announcing the track, Arty spoke about what the song means to him:
Being closer to the fans has always been a high priority to me. I really appreciate their support, which keeps on growing from year...

For the first time in over a decade and a half, Hollywood titans Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro will be back on the big screen together at the end of the year in Grudge Match, a boxing comedy that should make for nice and light counterprogramming in the height of the awards season.

One Direction may be the biggest boy band in the world right now, but there's one person who is evidently unimpressed.
Taylor Swift, the golden girl of pop who went out with Harry Styles earlier this year, was caught on camera last night at the Vma Awards, when One Direction took to the stage to present an award.
Swift, with Selena Gomez at her side in the audience, was clearly caught on camera mouthing "Shut the f*** up" when One Direction took turns to speak.
Harry, whose relationship with Swift made her the target of some Twitter abuse from One Direction fans, has recently said he fully expects to be the subject of one of Swift's songs, which are famously about her relationships, particularly when they fail.
One Direction enjoyed a more favourable reception last night from Lady Gaga, here posing with the boys

"Can't Hold Us"? Well, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis are holding their own on the award circuit.
After their chart-topping hit -- featuring Ray Dalton -- scored the Choice R&B Hip-Hop Song honor at the Teen Choice Awards two weeks earlier, it won the Best Hip-Hop song category at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (Aug. 25).
Taking the stage with his main partners on the tune at Barclays Center in Brooklyn (N.Y.), Seattle native Macklemore (nee Ben Haggerty) declared, "That we are up here with the Moon Man (the nickname for the award's image) is insane!"
He then recounted "all these ideas" he had for visuals ... "need a camel, need a dude with dreadlocks in an ice cave. And that became a music video," directed by Lewis, who then took over the thanks with a list of specific names including Dalton's.
While he expressed "thanks to our families,...

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "Can't Hold Us" took the best hip-hop video Vma this year, beating out the likes of Drake, A$AP Rocky, J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar.
The "Can't Hold Us" video was directed by Lewis, Jason Koenig and Jon Jon Augustavo, and the song also featured Ray Dalton. Macklemore was the most-nominated artist of the night, with eight nods.
Not everyone was a fan of the "Can't Hold Us" videos, music critic Chris Weingarten slammed the clip in a pre-awards Twitter run-down of nominees:
This year's nominees are notable because they're all relatively young and somewhat new to the scene, with Drake playing veteran to a field of artists profiting from their early studio albums. None of the genre's mainstays -- like Jay Z or Kanye -- were nominated this year.
One Direction hosted the Video Music Awards from Brooklyn's Barclays Center. This was the 30th anniversary of the awards.
