Olivia Nicole Gonzales was born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, on August 11th, 1988. Fort Campbell, a United States Army Base located astride the Kentucky-Tennessee border. She is the oldest of another musically inclined sister, Amanda Gonzales. Olivia always dreamed of being a mutlitasking superstar. Olivia's parents, Anna Gonzales and Orlando Gonzales were both born in Southern Texas. They traveled the United States and overseas for most of Olivia's childhood and eventually settled down near Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Olivia as a child and adult enjoyed a variety of musical genres, mainly Afro-French, Bossa Nova, Latin, blues, jazz, soul, doo-wop, psychedelic, folk and some mainstream pop. Although she loved music, the film industry always intrigued her. Her biggest influences were Jennifer Lopez, Charlize Theron, Cate Blanchett, and Meryl Streep.
At age 9, Olivia began taking singing and dancing lessons. She started performing musical solos for elementary school concerts and classmates. In high school, Olivia was an amazing athlete and participated in soccer, track, and was MVP of her dance team. She played flute in band, was in choir, and drama where she took on her first theater role as Elsa Schraeder in "The Sound of Music".
After high school, eighteen year old Gonzales moved out of her parent's home. During this time Olivia attending the Peck School Of the Arts at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she achieved extended triple threat training in Musical Theater.
She starred in her first film production, web series, Mediocracy. Shortly after she was asked to improvise in 48 Hour Film Festival short Olivia. Later played leading role Lady Bird Isabelle in Spectacle! She made other appearances co-starring in music videos "Fascination" by Sonus, "Deep Slow Panic" by AFI and "Riot" by Miss Chiff.
After college, Olivia briefly worked in a law office. During this time she continued to juggle her commercial acting and modeling while singing in jazz venues at night.
She is working through Chicago where she recently was cast on musical TV series Empire.
