It wasn't meant to be out. At least not yet. Chinese actress Zhu Zhu prematurely announced on a social network her presence in Kabir Khan's new film Tubelight which is currently being shot in Ladakh. Salman Khan Productions who are the co-producers of Tubelight were horrified by the Chinese actress' over-enthusiasm. The picture was hastily taken off the internet. However by then the information that she was Salman's love interest in Tubelight had already gone viral. Much to the annoyance of Salman and his team. Says a source close to the project, "They wanted to introduce her properly after the current shooting in Ladakh which goes on for another fortnight. Zhu Zhu was immediately asked to remove her picture with Salman in Ladakh which she had so happily and innocently posted. Five Australian women, including actress Rose Byrne and The Last Impresario director Gracie Otto, have formed production company The Dollhouse Collective.
“The core aim is to develop theatre, film and television together and tell stories with a strong female presence,” Otto told ScreenDaily. “This formalizes what we are already doing. Sitting around the dinner table we have always been sounding boards for each other.”
Another partner is Shannon Murphy, best known in theatre and opera circles but who has directed short films and is developing feature When All The Water.
Also on board are publicist and emerging producer Jessica Carrera and actress Krew Boylan, who recently received development support from Screen Australia for the feature Seriously Red, produced by Matt Reeder and featuring a protagonist obsessed with Dolly Parton.

Netflix and The Weinstein Company have announced a December 12th premiere date for "Marco Polo," its new original series starring Italian newcomer Lorenzo Richelmy as the famed 13th century explorer.
John Fusco ("Young Guns II") created the ten episode series which will look at Polo's time in the court of Kublai Khan. Also starring are Benedict Wong, Zhu Zhu, Joan Chen, Remy Hill, Olivia Cheng, Claudia Kim, Uli Latukefu, Chin Han and Tom Wu.
The first photos from the new series are also now available below.

According to a press release, the drama will be rife with warfare, manipulation, and sexual intrigue, as well as a global cast featuring Italian newcomer Lorenzo Richelmy as the titular character, Chinese actress Zhu Zhu as Polo’s love interest, Joan Chen as Empress Chabi, and Benedict Wong as Kublai Khan.
Netflix also released five sneak-peek photos in anticipation for the show’s premiere.
