Big Brother's Helen Wood has been found guilty of causing the divide between the housemates.
The verdict was delivered by Judge Judi James yesterday (August 10), after both Helen and Ashleigh Coyle gave their arguments to the court.
Helen's lawyer Pav Paul told Ashleigh: "You started your journey as a very loveable, bubbly character and was perceived as the young innocent lady of the house. However, this doesn't seem to be the case.
"Your tendency to pounce in arguments only when you're backed up by your friends shows you're malicious, which consequently leaves a divide in the house every time."
Ashleigh's lawyer Christopher Hall countered: "Ashleigh has strove to make any amends with any housemates that she has had difficulty with.
"She has displayed determination to overcome problems and has put effort into building relationships with all housemates, in spite of the many nasty comments which have been directed at her.

We're about to get a male evictee! After bidding farewell to Tamara, Pauline and Toya, it's time for a man to pack their bags and walk out of the Big Brother house.
Thanks to Girl Power, three of the men have been saved from eviction (Steven Goode, Marlon Wallen and Chris Wright). That's all very well for them, but what it means is that Ash Harrison, Christopher Hall, Mark Byron, Matthew Davies and Winston Showan are the ones who'll be feeling a little bit nervous on Friday.
As always, though, it's down to you lot - so who do you want to go? Let us know by voting in our poll and leaving your comments below...

Big Brother housemate Matthew Davies has admitted that he doesn't like most of the people still on the show.
Matthew - whose friend Toya Washington was evicted on Friday (June 27) - explained in the Diary Room yesterday that his mood has become "lower and lower".
"I'm out of my comfort zone," he said. "I don't really like most of the people in this house... I don't really like the cliques and the dynamic."
Matthew went on to say that Marlon Wallen "should be embarrassed" about his behaviour but reserved most of his ire for Helen Wood, with whom he fell out last week over a game of Truth or Dare.
Suggesting that the female housemates are scared of Helen, he said: "That's why Kim [Kisselovich] and Jale [Karaturp] are friends with her. Not because they have genuine relationships with her... or genuine common interests... They're afraid of her."
Later, Matthew also discussed Helen with Christopher Hall,...

Big Brother evictee Toya Washington has revealed that her fellow housemates are "scared" of Helen Wood.
Helen has already received a formal warning from Big Brother after an argument with Matthew Davies, and Toya suggested that she should be ejected if her behaviour continues.
"Helen is very negative," she told the Daily Star. "She is a key figure in a lot of the tension, and she's a bully. She derives pleasure out of bullying others.
"If she gets into anybody's personal space again like she did with Matthew last week, then she should be thrown out. The way she behaves suggests she has the potential to be violent. People are scared of her."
Toya, who was evicted from the house on Friday (June 27), added that she believes Helen is "ruining the house for everyone" and described her as "volatile".

The Big Brother housemates have reacted with mixed feelings to Toya A. Washington's eviction from the house.
The wannabe TV presenter left the house on Friday night, after being nominated alongside Danielle, Ash, Chris, Marlon Jale, Christopher and Winston.
Toya's eviction was felt the hardest by Ashleigh and Danielle, who described her as an "amazing, wonderful woman, one of the most fantastic people I've ever met in my life".
Ashleigh added: "I'm so privileged to have met her."
However, Marlon was delighted at Toya's demise, calling her a "two faced b**ch" in a conversation with his housemates.
Many of the group were also left reeling by hearing the crowd's reaction to their names being read out by host Emma Willis.
Hearing boos from the crowd, Helen told Mark: "They all f**king hate me."

Toya Washington has become the third housemate to leave the Big Brother 2014 house.
The 29-year-old Londoner was among eight nominated housemates (including killer nominee Jale Karaturp), but was evicted after receiving the majority of the public vote.
Emerging to a loud chorus of boos from the crowd, Washington laughed off the negative reaction and pouted for the cameras.
Speaking to Emma Willis following her exit, the blogger said she wasn't disappointed to leave.
"I'm so relieved, honestly. It got to a point where I wasn't having fun anymore.
"Nobody's having fun anymore and unfortunately, Helen is the common denominator," she explained.
"If she leaves, everyone'll start having fun."
When asked about the booing, Washington joked: "I know they're all secretly following me on Twitter so it doesn't matter.
"I had that reaction as I'm not afraid to stand up to myself," she added.
"I refuse to ever be a victim,...

Big Brother housemate Toya A Washington will be leaving the compound tonight if Digital Spy readers have their way.
Over 16,500 votes were received for this week's DS eviction ballot, with Toya picking up 39.66% of the vote.
However, her chances have seemed to improve as she was previously tracking at around 50% of the vote.
Meanwhile, Ash Harrison and Marlon Wallen have picked up more votes as the week has continued, with 22.81% and 21.41% respectively.
On the other end of the spectrum, it doesn't look like killer nominee Jale Karaturp is going anywhere just yet, as she polled just 1.66% of the vote.
Christopher Hall and Chris Wright also look reasonably safe - picking up 2.02% and 2.07% respectively - and it would be a surprise if Winston Showan (4.41%) or Danielle McMahon (5.98%) were sent packing.
The Big Brother eviction kicks off tonight (June 27) at 9pm on Channel 5.

Ash Harrison has always seemed one of the slickest men in the Big Brother house... but these photographs from today suggest that something has gone seriously wrong with his barnet.
Since Ash is up for eviction tonight, we're assuming these pictures are very much 'work in progress' - at least, we hope so.
While we're not sure that this is exactly the look Ash is going for, one thing that does seem clear is that he enlisted his fellow housemate Mark Byron to style his locks.
This would seem to be a brave choice, given that yesterday Mark quite literally raised eyebrows with his makeover of Jale Karaturp.
We think Ash is barely recognisable in these snaps - it's certainly a new look for him - but the real question is whether or not his hair is so big because it's full of secrets.
Either way, Ash will have to...

The Big Brother housemates have now resorted to arguing over eyebrows.
There was tension in the Borehamwood bungalow yesterday after Mark Byron decided to give Jale Karaturp a makeover, including his trademark Scouse brow.
However, the pruning did not go down well with some of the group, as Matthew Davies described the look as an "abomination".
Mark didn't appreciate the criticism of his "artwork", replying: "If anyone in this house knows glamour and class, it's me - I'm a Scouser."
But Matthew wasn't the only naysayer, as Toya A Washington told Ashleigh Coyle and Danielle McMahon that Jale looked like a "transvestite".

Big Brother housemates Winston Showan, Ashleigh Coyle and Chris Wright will have to impersonate their fellow housemates for today's task.
The trio will be told that Big Brother wants to guess who they are impersonating - with each of them performing three impressions in the Diary Room.
However, the twist is that the rest of the housemates will be watching from the sofa area and will be the ones guessing which housemates are being mocked.
They will have to come to a unanimous decision, and Big Brother will then repeat their answer.
Winston will be impersonating Kimberly Kisselovich, Matthew Davies and Toya A Washington; Ashleigh will take on Ash Harrison, Helen Wood and Marlon Wallen; and Chris will have to channel Danielle McMahon, Winston and Mark Byron.
If the housemates correctly guess the impressions, they will win a reward.

Helen Wood and Ashleigh Coyle were the big topics of conversation in the Big Brother house yesterday.
Helen - who has received a formal warning for her behaviour towards Matthew Davies on Tuesday (June 24) - was discussed by several of the housemates in the aftermath of the pair's explosive argument.
Toya A Washington suggested that Helen had "sealed her fate" with the argument, while Matthew observed: "She's got a gob like the Dartford Tunnel."

We'll be honest, Big Brother, we've seen more appetising breakfasts.
We're a fan of a good omelette, but this one - which Danielle McMahon, Toya A Washington and Steven Goode were dared to eat for this week's shopping task - looks vile.
And it must have tasted bad, too, as it was made up of stinking bishop cheese, century eggs, chicken's feet and hearts and fermented herring.
The three unlucky housemates all initially agreed to chow down on the culinary catastrophe, but even though Toya wrapped a napkin around her mouth, it was too much for them and they refused to complete the task.
Danielle particularly struggled to face the monstrous meal, and ended up vomiting into a bucket.

Big Brother housemate Ash Harrison hit out at Jale Karaturp last night after he realised she had nominated him.
As part of this week's shopping task, Ash, Marlon Wallen and Winston Showan agreed that the nominations they have received could be broadcast to the house.
However, Ash was annoyed to learn that Jale had voted for him, saying: "Jale was just chatting s**t... F**k off, maggot."
Jale was surprised to hear his comments and suggested that it was "a bit of a strong reaction", while Mark Byron defended her by saying: "Ash, you don't need to say things like that to people."
The spat did not seem to bother Jale too much, as she later told Toya A Washington and Matthew Davies: "It just looks a bit silly... That comment has just washed over me."

Tensions continued to rise between Big Brother housemates Danielle McMahon and Helen Wood yesterday.
The mood was low right from the minute housemates awoke, as Danielle admitted in the Diary Room that she felt "emotionally and mentally exhausted".
"There's so many vindictive people in here," she said. "I just feel like a caged bird.
"[Helen] has serious issues... has a personal problem with me, whatever that is. Such a rude, vile girl.. she's just horrible, just horrid. She is quite honestly the nastiest person I've ever met in my life."
Helen also faced criticism from Toya Washington - who criticised her "snide comments" and said she'd seen "absolutely disgusting" behaviour from her , while Jale Karaturp mused: "I'm getting annoyed with myself for giving Helen a chance up until a couple of days ago."
"She can't be that unbalanced, otherwise she wouldn't be in here."

Meanwhile, Helen shared her frustrations with some of her other housemates,...

Look, I'm all for respecting the will of the British public. Sure, I'll mutter at some of the injustices done at Big Brother evictions (Orlaith beating Science in Big Brother 6 still stings) but I'll not make too much of a fuss. The only thing is that sometimes I can see what's going to happen and I just want to shout: "Stop!"
And it's like that this week. If the Digital Spy poll is any indication, Toya Washington is going to be saying hello to Emma Willis on Friday night. At the time of writing, she's polling at nearly 50% - quite an achievement when there are eight people facing the boot.
But when Emma reads out Toya's name, I'm going to be so disappointed. Don't get me wrong - I haven't always been a fan of her. If you'd told me last week that I'd be fighting for her to stay in,...

Big Brother housemates Toya A Washington and Marlon Wallen were arguing again last night as the fallout from nominations continued to affect the house.
The duo had already been at loggerheads following the news that Power Couple Toya and Matthew Davies voided Ash Harrison, Steven Goode and Marlon's nominations.
Big Brother: 'Fat', 'hard face' - Who are Matthew and Toya describing?
Big Brother threw further drama into the house last night, as Toya and Matthew opted to save Steven from the public vote - only to discover that he had to nominate one of them for eviction. He ended up choosing Toya.
However, it was the news that Toya and Matthew had seen the nominated housemates' audition VTs - and had been spying on them in the garden - that sparked the latest spat between Toya and Marlon.

Power Couple Matthew and Toya may no longer have so much power in the Big Brother house, but we've still got to see their final moments of control in tonight's episode.
While they were still calling the shots, the duo were given the chance to spy on their housemates from the Power Pod. And guess what? They didn't hold back. Of course they didn't! But we thought we'd play a little game... who are Matthew and Toya describing here? It's time for... Guess The Housemate!
1. "She's losing herself in here. From the Vt to now is two different people."
This was Toya talking about...
Danielle! She later told Danielle that she cried when she watched her Vt. "You had such a spark," she explained. "You've lost yourself - I don't know who this is." She went on to say: "These people will eat you alive." So there you go.
2. "She is the most hated housemate.

It's been a twisty few days in the Big Brother house, but we seem to have our nominees now - and there are eight of them.
After yesterday's big shocker - which saw Steven being saved from the public vote and choosing Power Housemate Toya to replace him - there's a veritable smorgasbord of housemates for us to pick from. Will it be Ash Harrison walking out of the door? Either Chris or Christopher? Perhaps you want to give Danielle McMahon the boot or show Jale Karaturp the door?
If none of those appeal, never fear - you can also have your pick from Marlon Wallen, Toya A Washington and Winston Showan. Spoilt for choice, in other words.
So let us know who you want to see packing their bags and hitting the old dusty trail by voting in our poll and leaving your comments below!

Steven has been saved from eviction from the Big Brother house by Power Couple members Toya and Matthew, but a twist led to Toya replacing him on the block.
Christopher, Danielle, Ash, Chris, Marlon, Steven and Winston were initially put on the block in the last few days under the reign of the Power Couple, with Killer Nomination recipient Jale joining them.
Big Brother: Power Couple to spy on housemates
It was announced at a group meeting on Sunday (June 22) that one nominated housemate would be pulled off the block, although Killer Nomination recipient Jale and the Power Couple's original nominee Christopher were deemed ineligible.
Toya and Matthew informed their nervous housemates that they had chosen to save Steven.
Matthew then explained that he felt that Steven "didn't deserve" to be up for eviction, after "proving himself" in the previous days.

Big Brother's Power Couple have the opportunity to spy on the other housemates.
Toya Washington and Matthew Davies will go to the Control Room and be allowed to watch video profiles of all housemates up for eviction this week.
The pair will then be told to make their way to the garden Power Pod, where Big Brother has arranged a lunch for them.
Toya and Matthew will have access to a screen and headphones, which will allow them to watch the goings-on in the house while they are in the Pod. They will be able to hear private conversations as well as what housemates are saying in the Diary Room.
On Friday (June 20), Pauline Bennett became the second contestant to be evicted from the Big Brother house, with over 79% of the public voting for her to leave.
Big Brother continues tonight (June 22) at 9pm on Channel 5.

She said: "Once she's ready to f**k you over, she will, as far as the game is concerned."
Steven replied: "She's got so many demons… she said to me she doesn't trust anybody, including family."
Danielle McMahon, Toya A Washington and Ashleigh Coyle were also discussing the potential love match in the house, with Danielle confessing she "didn't know they were that serious".
Toya said: "It's not my business. Me, I don't really give a s**t, but I actually think he's a nice guy and I think he could do better than her."

Current Power Couple Toya A Washington and Matthew Davies will today (June 21) name three housemates whose nominations will not count.

After being voted the new Power housemate, Toya picked Matthew to join her as part of the new Power Couple.

Pauline Bennett has become the second person to leave the Big Brother 2014 house.
The 49-year-old was among five nominated housemates, but was evicted ahead of Steven Goode, Marlon Wallen, Ash Harrison and Christopher Hall after receiving over 79% of the public vote.
When Emma Willis asked her what went wrong in the house, Pauline admitted: "I was [just] myself and told the truth."
As Willis brought up her relationship with Jale, the dance teacher said that she "didn't do poor me, poor me, too well".
"You don't do it at all," the host replied.
After Willis suggested the booing public had found it hard to understand her problem with Jale, Pauline attempted to justify her behaviour by saying that the "one thing [she] can't stand is selfish people".
She also admitted she had no regrets about the way she treated both him and Chris.
As she was then shown footage of Chris nominating her earlier in the week,...

The new Big Brother Power Housemate is Toya A Washington.
The 29-year-old won the position after the housemates were each given the chance to nominate one person for the job - although Steven Goode, Ash Harrison, Marlon Wallen, Christopher Hall, Jale Karaturp and Pauline Bennett were exempt as they face eviction tonight.
Toya ended up winning nominations from Mark Byron, Pauline, Ashleigh Coyle and Helen Wood, which was enough to nab her the role.
Mark explained that he believed Toya will be "dead fair" and Pauline described her as "level-headed", while Ashleigh described her as "really fun and a good friend of mine" and Helen claimed she wouldn't "fanny around with decisions".
Toya's closest competition was Kimberly Kisselovich, who picked up nominations from Matthew Davies, Steven and Jale.
Matthew got two votes - from Winston and Christopher - while Ashleigh, Mark, Chris, Winston, Helen and Danielle each picked up one nomination.
