Francisco Cerda is a pianist and composer born in Chile. He started composing music for videogames when he was 14 years old, when he created the soundtrack for a shmup that he also programmed himself.
He provided live music for Los Improvisadores, the Chilean adaptation of the "Whose Line It is Anyway" TV show, and also played keyboards for latin pop singer Andrés de León. As a videogame composer, his work can be heard across several acclaimed videogames such as Jamestown, Gunpoint, Save The Date!, Witchmarsh, Frog Fractions 2, After Death and Omen of Sorrow.
In recent years, Francisco's had the chance to also expand his music into other media, such as TV ads, and movies. He recently composed the soundtrack for director Ivan Fund's critically acclaimed film "Piedra Noche" (Dusk Stone), which was awarded at San Sebastian International Film Festival in 2020, and to be released in Venice International Film Festival in 2021.
