Rita Dian
Rita Dian is an independent vocalist and actress. She was born in Hannibal, Missouri to Charles and Elsie Potter, and grew up in the small town of Vandalia, Missouri.
During her high school years, she was constantly involved in theatre, whether it be school plays or church musicals. She also participated in Speech & Drama competitions, winning two silver medals for her prose performance of "The Tell-Tale Heart" by Edgar Allen Poe.
In the early 1990s she attended Indian Hills Community College where her studies focused mainly on Vocal Performance under the tutelage of Professor Michael Phillipsen.
From 2004 to 2007, Rita Dian was a regular performing guest on Pepper & Friends, a morning variety show in Columbia, Missouri that aired on KOMU-TV8.
