- Zbigniew Bujarski was born on September 21, 1933 in Muszyna, Poland. Zbigniew was a composer, known for Worek (1967). Zbigniew died on April 13, 2018 in Krakow, Poland.
- In 2011 Bujarski was awarded the Silver Medal of Medal for Merit to Culture - Gloria Artis by Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Bogdan Zdrojewski.[.
- He was born in Muszyna, Poland about 120 kilometers south-west of Krakow, and very close to the border with what is now Slovakia, and studied composition at the State College of Music in Krakow with Stanistaw Wiechowicz.
- Professor Bujarski won many prizes for his compositions, including the 2nd prize of the International Rostrum of Composers at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
- He teached composition at the Academy of Music in Kraków.
