Mukhlisa Sobirovna Azizova, born on December 20, 1987, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, is a multifaceted filmmaker, director, and art director. A recipient of the National E'tirof Award, she graduated from the Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture. Starting as a photographer, Mukhlisa Azizova evolved into a director and producer, contributing significantly to Uzbekistan's cinema. Notable works include the acclaimed Geolog. Stronger Than Death (2014), the award-winning The Shore of the World (2015), and the blockbuster Scorpion (2018). Instrumental in establishing the Uzbekistan National Film Commission, Mukhlisa continues to champion the development of Uzbek cinema.
In September 2021 she co founded Uzbekistan's Club, led the team to produce O'zbekistonlik, a high-quality series of impact video content, and develop uzbekistans.club, an online platform for global Uzbek talents. Organized O'zbekistonlik forums in Berlin, Paris, and London. Initiated the Uzbekistan's Club magazine, catering to decision-makers in Uzbekistan and beyond.
