Dax Mackenzie Roggio is a motion-picture editor, voice-over artist, and Managing Director of Packafoma Philms, a Philadelphia-based production company.
Dax majored in communications at Wake Forest University in North Carolina and studied film at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Dax moved to Los Angeles in 1998, where he lived and worked for 15 years. Dax has directed and/or edited a number of motion picture projects over the years, including documentaries, theatrical trailers, music videos, television commercials, and corporate events.
Dax also served as Director of New Media for a Democratic U.S. congressional campaign in 2008.
In 2015, Dax edited the theatrical trailer for the feature film, Jack of the Red Hearts, starring Famke Janssen and AnnaSophia Robb (in theaters February 26, 2016).
As a photographer, Dax documented the 2016 Democratic National Convention for the Hillary for America campaign.
Dax lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife, Liz; their son, Kieran; and their daughter, Maisy. Liz Roggio is an attorney at the Center City law firm of Kleinbard LLC.
