WME has hired Millie Webber as a digital agent, with a focus on creators and podcasting.
Webber has built a career specializing in representing digital talent and commercializing the podcasting industry. She has managed and closed deals for talent including Gemma Styles, Tom Felton, and James Buckley "In Sickness and In Health", as well as launching the F1 podcast “Pitstop.”
Webber will join WME from independent content production company Spirit Studios where she served as Head of Digital. She previously worked at talent agency Gleam Futures for six years where she was Talent Director and Podcast Lead. A member of the Global Academy Industry Board, Webber has consulted for talent agencies, providing strategic growth advice and training for entry- and senior-level agents.
Her start date will be April 8 and will be based in the agency’s London office.

The four part series, which kicks of on 20 April, explores collective and individual environmental action, the pressure of perfectionism and climate anxiety. Gleam Futures, the U.K.-based digital talent management firm, has substantially added to its roster with eight new clients. Gleam will be working with the new creators to build sustainable careers on- and offline, according to the company, including brand deals, podcasts, long-form video, book publishing, licensing, and other entrepreneurial ventures.
The most-followed addition is social issues journalist Gemma Styles (pictured above), with 4.9 million Instagram fans. Also joining the Gleam family are motherhood vlogger Emily Norris, fashion creator Emma Hill, travel vlogging duo Jesse Burges and Will Warr of TopJaw, Sarah Ellis and Philippa Bloom’s fashion channel We Are Twinset, and travel channel Hand Luggage Only. Gleam is also mining the TikTok well with comedy creator IconicCakes, who counts 130,000 followers on the micro-video platform.
Gleam notes that the latest signings span various categories -- including fashion, family, beauty, food, and travel. Gleam already represents a fleet of top creators in the U.
