Pedro Pascal might be the busiest actor in Hollywood - he has two hit TV shows on right now, after all - but his presence at the 2023 Oscars on March 12 had less to do with himself and more to do with supporting his sister. Pedro's sister Javiera Balmaceda is Amazon Studios' head of local originals for Spanish-speaking Latin America, which produced "Argentina, 1985." The movie was up for best international feature at the event.
While on the red carpet, Pedro posed as a proud brother with his older sister, and the pair also took photos with Salma Hayek and her daughter, Valentina Paloma Pinault. During the ceremony, Pedro had the honor of presenting with Elizabeth Olsen, who attended the ceremony with husband Robbie Arnett.

Salma Hayek turned the 2023 Oscars into a glamorous mother-daughter date night. On March 12, the "Magic Mike's Last Dance" actor posed on the star-studded red carpet with 15-year-old Valentina Paloma Pinault by her side. Her husband, François-Henri Pinault, and his two other children were not in attendance.
For the ceremony at the Dolby Theatre, where Hayek is presenting an award, the stylish pair matched in striking red gowns. Hayek wore a halter sequin number with a fringe train, while Pinault stunned in a strapless A-line dress. The two smiled for cameras alongside Pedro Pascal and Amazon Studios executive Javiera Balmaceda ahead of the show.
This isn't the first time Hayek has turned a red carpet into a family affair: recently, at Milan Fashion Week in February, the actor attended the Gucci show with François-Henri, Valentina, and Mathilde, her husband's daughter with ex-wife Dorothée Lepère. The four coordinated in matching blue-and-black outfits at the event.

The doc, starring content creator and actor Juanpa Zurita, will debut exclusively on Apv next year where it will be available in 240 countries and territories worldwide.

When the earthquake lays waste to the capital and various towns in Mexico, Zurita uses his influence to galvanize help from friends that include actors, singers, content creators and several others to raise funds and help in the reconstruction process. While managing to secure the help of Mexico’s leading architects, Zurita and his team’s inexperience in managing a reconstruction effort lead to a series of challenges, including charges of pocketing the funds they helped raise.

It focuses on an extraordinary but real life event of which Argentineans can feel proud: the true story of how a public prosector, Julio Strassera, a young lawyer, Luis Morena Ocampo, and their inexperienced legal team dared to prosecute the heads of Argentina’s bloody military dictatorship in a battle against odds and a race against time, braving bomb and death threats.

The renewal comes just weeks after Season 1 debuted on Amazon on July 10 across Latin America and Spain. The eight-part series tells the story of the disappearance of a young girl, who becomes the center of a police investigation into an online game that grooms men into assaulting women.
