Wilmer Valderrama has joined the cast of Fox’s drama pilot “Minority Report.”
He’ll play a police detective in the prospective series designed as a sequel to the futuristic 2002 Steven Spielberg feature.
Valderrama at present is co-starring in El Rey Network’s drama series “From Dusk Til Dawn,” which began production today in Austin, Texas on its second 10-episode season.
“Minority Report” fetched a hefty pilot commitment from Fox. Project from 20th Century Fox TV and Amblin TV hails from writer Max Borenstein and showrunner Kevin Falls. Those two exec produce along with Spielberg and Amblin’s Darryl Frank, and Justin Falvey.
