Following his Emmy win for “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story,” FX Productions has inked an overall TV production deal with writer/producer D.V. DeVincentis.
Under the new pact, DeVincentis will develop, write and produce television projects exclusively for FX Productions. He will create projects for all TV services and platforms. The deal does not include his film work.
“We had a great experience working with D.V. on ‘The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.’ His ‘Marcia Marcia Marcia’ episode of Oj was one of the most memorable episodes of television this year. He’s an exceptionally talented writer-producer and will be a great partner with Fxp,” said Nick Grad, who announced the deal today with Eric Schrier, both presidents of original programming for FX Networks and FX Productions.
