Poll: In Memoriam: Tim Conway

Beloved comedic actor and father Tim Conway passed away on May 14th, 2019 at the age of 85. The former Army veteran Conway got his start after being spotted by Rose Marie, co-star of The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961), who arranged an audition for Tim on The Steve Allen Plymouth Show (1956). That was enough exposure to launch his career in Hollywood. Conway will be best remembered for his work on The Carol Burnett Show (1967), McHale's Navy (1964) as Ensign Charles Parker and most recently on Chip and Bernie Save Christmas with Dorf (2016) as Dorf. But in between those roles he managed to rack up many other memorable appearances. Tim will sadly be missed.

Condolences to the family by all of us here at IMDb.
