Filmmaker/ Actor Jasin Challah started his career in film and television as an actor and comedian in 2003. Jasin Challah starred in the comedy show (Das Arbeitstier, The Jasin Challah Show) on Sat 1. Next to his leading role he worked on the show as an author. In the following years he developed further TV- and Comedy formats for various television channels and production companies before he began his master studies at the Cologne Academy of Media Arts in 2006. He started writing and directing his own short films and developed and produced various puppet-comedy formats. Next to his ambition in film Jasin Challah is a passionate musician. He composed music for various films and is always dedicated to realize the soundtrack of his own projects. In 2011 he graduated from the Academy of Media Arts with his thesis film: (Kamakia-The Heroes of the Islands) which successfully premiered at the Berlinale. In 2015 he was nominated for the German Comedy Awards and won the German A.
