- Billy Flynn is an ex-champion boxer who was KO'd by booze and gambling. When the wealthy, estranged mother of his young son begins trying to lure the boy away from him, Flynn must return to the ring to provide for his child.
- Bill Stern narrates his way around in this glimpse of the world of gambling at Miami's various money-parting locations. He first visits the Hialeah Race Track in the afternoon, followed by an evening watching the dogs chase the little mechanical rabbit around the oval at Flager's Dog Track. Afterwards, for the gamblers who may still have a dollar or two left over, Stern suggests a visit to one of the many Jai-Lai courts around the city.
