- For the science project, Carly and Sam choose to raise chicks, and they have to search the apartment frantically when they hatch sooner than anyone expected.

- After Oliver starts dating Miley and Lilly's arch rival Joannie, they must choose between tolerating her or losing their friendship with Oliver. Oliver wants Joannie to get along with Miley and Lily so they invite her to a sleep over. Joannie seems to get along with Lily but not with Miley.
- Miley breaks one of her teeth and needs to go to the dentist but has always been afraid. Miley is determined to prove to her dad that she's old enough to go on her own.
- Zack and Cody attend Seven Seas High on the S.S. Tipton, where Mr. Moseby is the cruise ship manager, the twins receive roommates, and London, also a student on the ship, wants absolutely nothing to do with being on the ship.
- Bailey is mad that London is hogging all the space in their cabin, so she decides to trick her with the myth of the "Sea Snark." She later feels guilty and tells her the truth. Meanwhile, when Zack uses up both his and Cody's meal cards buying things for all of the girls on the ship, they run out of money. Moseby puts them to work so they can earn their keep. Cody decides to enter a yo-yo contest to make some money and Zack agrees to take over both his and Cody's jobs on the ship so Cody can prefect his yo-yo trick.
- Hannah must learn to be the role model that everyone expects her to be after she causes a havoc by stating on TV that she doesn't like all vegetables. Meanwhile, Oliver and Jackson become models for a dating site, but it has a catch.
- Cody takes Zack with him to visit his guru, a Swami who lives in the top of a mountain who charges high prices for everything he sells. Mr. Moseby is having computer problems and is trying to contact the call center for help, but without any success. Padma, who was originally London's roommate on the ship, but left after London bribed her, asks London to help convince her mother that she was still at sea.
- The ship docks near Rome and London falls for a young, handsome musician named Luca while playing in the streets. Later, as Bailey searches for her money belt key, she overhears that Luca and his uncle, Marco, are actually con men and had already conned London for twenty thousand dollars.
- Hannah pretends to date a celebrity she can't stand to get in the news. Jackson thinks that he has to cheat on a test in school. Then, when his answers melted from his hand, all of those answers ended up in Jackson's head; he memorized all of the answers.
- Miley returns from filming a movie and finds that Lilly and Oliver have started dating. There is something about Lilly that Oliver doesn't like and there's something about Oliver that Lilly doesn't like. Jackson gets an interview with a university and lies about himself to the representative in order to have a better chance of admission.
- Carly and Spencer become upset when their new neighbor Griffin steals the motorcycle that Carly bought for Spencer. Spencer lets Griffin off the hook, but Carly becomes upset. However, when Spencer later goes out to get smoothies, he returns to find Carly and Griffin kissing on the couch. Spencer becomes furious, forces Griffin to leave, and forbids Carly to see him, though he eventually allows them to resume dating. Meanwhile, Sam pays Freddie $50 to make a website and has a lawyer write them a contract.
- Carly and martial-arts champ Shelby Marx (Zoey 101's and Spectacular!'s Victoria Justice) agree to have an exhibition fight for charity after Carly jokingly challenges her to a match. Unfortunately, Carly accidentally falls on Shelby's grandmother during a press conference. Thinking Shelby wants revenge, Carly backs out of the fight, only to be ridiculed as a coward. Carly visits Shelby and apologizes, and the fight is back on. However, Nevel Papperman alters a clip of the press conference to make it look like Carly intentionally tackled Shelby's grandma to dupe Shelby into fighting Carly. Shelby, furious, attacks Carly for real during the match, Carly then holds Shelby's leg for the rest of the "fight".

When she meets Traci's boyfriend "faux beau" Adam, she decides to use him to fool her friends into thinking she found someone that she likes. Adam cancels at the last moment but sends his uncouth friend Ralphie in his place.

- Jackson agrees to forgive and forget after Miley humiliates him, but she doubts his sincerity once the media finds out something shameful about Hannah. City slicker Rico will have to do more than just tow the line if he wants to win the heart of a country hottie.

- Miley is trying to audition for the starring role of a cartoon duck. But she doesn't know how to make a good impression at the audition. Kyle, the professional voice actor helps her. Rico utilizes fancy restaurant gadgets for decorations. Robby Ray learns to text and bothers Jackson with it.
- With all of his Pokémon weak and injured from the battle with Paul, Ash rushes to the Pokémon Center in order to get them healed. Nurse Joy does not, however, have the berry needed to properly heal Monferno. Brock decides to help and heads to Lake Acuity to find it. While at the lake, something strange happens.
- After Carly and Sam agreed to help Fleck and Dave make a video, Carly and Sam must choose sides when the comedians begin to fight. Fleck keeps infuriating Dave's restrictive father much to Dave's dismay, and the girls are drawn into the conflict.
- After Miley starts to miss her old life in Tennessee, she dreams about Blue Jeans, her horse. Oliver gets an offer to go on a concert tour, but he won't see Lilly for six months. Jackson thinks that it's time for him to move out of the house.
- Jackson likes his new home in his new bachelor pad, but finds out that the place is a crumbling wreck. Miley is having second thoughts of going back to the simple life in Tennessee. Oliver is thinking of giving up the tour to be with Lilly, while Lilly tries to figure out what she will do without Oliver and Miley in her life. Jackson decides to move back in with his family.
