- Laverne's crazy about her new guy, but discovers the hard way that he's married. When his wife appears on the scene at a restaurant where they're dining, he goes one step too far to hide Laverne from her.
- Sgt. Alvinia Plout has gone AWOL. A General she loved broke her heart. She hides at the girl's place and takes a job as a lounge singer. All while MPs trail her. The girls must think fast to save their former Sarge from a court-martial.
- Passed over for a raise, Shirley pens a note to the boss. Laverne signs, adding an insult, and it gets sent. Later, he informs them they did get the raise. Now the girls must execute "Mission: Impossible" to retrieve the nasty note. Make no mistake.
- With help from Carmine and the boys, the girls put their 'perfect' plan into action. Things quickly unfold into clock-like confusion. Will they nab the note and save their jobs before Mr. Bardwell's arrival?

- Carmine decides to take a shot at stand-up comedy, but when his act almost fails, he decides to make jokes at his friends' expense. Ultimately making them feel humiliated. Will Carmine cut it out or carry on carelessly?
- The girls land a full time job working in Bardwell's department store, gift wrapping. First task? Wrap boxes of candy. Laverne eats some, unaware they contain Rum. She ends up out of it and Shirley's in a panic. Will their new boss give them the toss?
- Shirley's new play is a wild take on Mother Goose. Her friends in lead roles. Enter a Broadway Impresario wanting a preview. Giving Lenny and Squiggy an address to the theatre, they promptly lose it. Is it onto Broadway? Or off the deep end?
- Frank decides to run for a city councilman's position when his restaurant, Cowboy Bill's, is threatened to be closed up and torn down to make way for a high rise. Can Frank foil this foul political plot?
- A burglar has been breaking in and stealing select items from the girls' place while they're at work. Frank and Carmine decide to help by setting up special traps to catch the culprit in the act.
- '60s radicals pick Laverne to help rob her local bank, and the woman 'Sheba' wins her friendship. Laverne wises up too late as the plan fails. The gals give fake names, that are actually on a 'most wanted' list - sending them to state prison.
- Sheba and Laverne are still in prison, mistaken for 'Smith and Jones'. The good news? Lenny and Squiggy visit there and spot Laverne. She sends them back in a hurry to get help from Frank and his army buddy judge, to save them before it's too late.
- Two Russian ballet dancers (one a twin for Squiggy) try to defect to the U.S. The KGB mistakes Squig for the dancer and threaten his life. It's up to Laverne and a handsome male ballet dancer to rescue him and help the other two escape.
- Shirley's unwittingly swept up at a foiled bank robbery scene, as police mistake her for a gang member. Cuffed to their tall but very dim leader, she's now on the lam when he makes a break for it. Can she outwit this nit-wit and get away?
- Attempting to become a singer, Carmine writes and records a catchy dance song that catches fire, but the lyrics burn the ears of 1960s, almost militant, censorship.
- Edna and all think Frank has forgotten his 5th wedding anniversary, making Edna furious. The girls and the boys play peacemaker for the two and have an anniversary party in the couple's unstable trailer home.
- Bardwell's Manager's cousin is Charles Grodin. Charles bets him that nice, not bossy, always pays. Laverne's sure he wants a date, Shirley thinks he wants her job. Later at the apartment, his lecture to the gang is met with suspicion.
- Squiggy's con-artist dad left him when he was age 9. Now he shows up 20 years later hoping to reconnect. Squiggy wonders if he will really make up for lost time or ditch him again at age 29?
- Carmine's fed up with L.A. and his lack of success there as an entertainer. He decides to go to New York, with financial help from friends, and try out for a role in the musical "Hair".
- Rhonda gets the girls a date with two big spenders. Later the two men try to 'cash in' and make a play for them. The girls stop them cold, but wonder later if they over-reacted. Do they owe the guys more because they spent so much?
- Squig's sister Squendolyn visits and he pays Carmine $100 to keep her busy. She loves Carmine, but her looks put him off. At a party they attend together women hit on him, but he must say no. Can he make her see they're not a match?
- The girls meet two British band-mates, who take them to a Hollywood party. In an attempt to avoid drug use going on, they eat "brownies" instead. The end result causes them to agree to marry the two, who'll pay less taxes by having wives.
- When a couple's wedding plans go sour, still single-gal Shirley takes advantage of the paid-for package and practically railroads Carmine into proposing marriage. Question is, will he choose to make it there on time to wed his "Angel Face"?
- 10 years after Laverne and sailor Sal Malina broke off their engagement, he shows up in Burbank. Certain their being more mature will make a difference. Will love finally bloom for two and lead to I do?
- Tossing out a chain-letter seems to bring Laverne and those around bad luck. So much so, they enlist the help of a Gypsy Spiritualist to try and remove the hex from her.
