In the final fight, when Moe and Larry come hopping into the room where Curly is fighting Decker and his Henchman, it can be seen that their hands are not tied; they are just holding them behind their backs.
When Moe says, "Take it easy, butterfingers.", he unintentionally pokes Curly in the eyes for real.
When Decker says, "Thieves, huh?", the line is heard in an echo, indicating the short was shot on a sound stage.
When Larry tosses the $5 gold piece up in the air, a crew member's hand can be seen throwing the coin in the air.

At the end, as Curly comically reacts to the aroma of Limburger cheese, Moe is 'out cold' on his back, but he is obviously laughing while listening to Curly's grunts and whimpers.
After the shooting of the coins, as the Stooges leave, Decker tells his Henchman to watch them, and they'll get them when they make a mistake. The Stooges had already "made a mistake", as they didn't pay for their drinks.
