When the Stooges are pretending to be children, Larry uses the name Mabel. Mabel was the name of Larry Fine's real life wife.

Curly has a bruise or wound visible on his right knee when the boys first show up in children's clothes. He has a bandage on the knee at the end of the film.
When the stooges are playing with the Butler in the room, and the lady of the house comes in the room, Moe shuffles his feet until he stands on top the blanket covering the butler. When the butler turns to leave the room, the blanket stays and comes undone from the butler showing him in just his socks and underwear.
