When Harriet is sitting across from Mr Fenwick at his desk in his office, there is a small box--possibly a cigarette case--on the desk, at her left, only in the shots when the camera is facing her. She even holds onto it at one point while talking to Fenwick. But in the shots facing Fenwick, the box isn't there at all, even though the shots go back and forth between them. It's there when Harriet stands up to leave, but gone again in the very next second when she turns toward the door.
Throughout the movie, the Craig house has no lock on the door. During the final scene, when Harriet gives her final speech, a lock is visible above the doorknob.
When Walter sits up in bed, he puts his slipper on his right foot. In a subsequent shot when Harriet moves closer to the bathroom, he puts the same slipper on the same foot.
In the breakfast scene after Harriet returns home, as the camera shoots Harriet and Walter conversing from behind Clare, she is seen to fork some egg. When the shot turns to a closeup of Clare she is seen picking up the fork as if for the first time.
When Clare rushes out of the dining room after hearing the truth of Wes' feelings about her, as the camera pulls back, its moving shadow falls across the wall to the right.
