Later in the movie Mrs. Johnson, Danny, and a police officer (in that order) climb into the back seat of a car and are driven to police headquarters. When they arrive, they get get out in a completely different order. They would have had to climb over each other to get out of the car they way they did.
On the roller coaster, there is a curved wall at the far end. It is blank in the long shots of the coaster, but of shots of it from inside the coaster, it has advertising written on it in large black letters.
On the exterior of his office building, Dr. Hohler's given name is listed as Arnold. On his office door, it is listed as Arthur.
At 53 minutes in, Eleanor and her dog, Rembrandt, are at the vet. She asks the vet to feed the dog and leaves without it and, after visiting Hart and Winston's, at 55 minutes in, arrives at the Coroner's office where Rembrandt, or its exact doppelganger, is being held on a lead by a chap in uniform. The dog isn't with her when she leaves. At 58 minutes in, Rembrandt is in the detective's company at the police station. The dog is still there a few cuts and a couple of minutes later.
Towards the end, at the roller coaster, when the detective says, "What's your hurry, Mrs. Johnson?" the next shot is of the detective, but it is a still-frame, not a live action shot of him.
The amusement park sequence, which is supposedly taking place in San Francisco was actually filmed at Ocean Park Pier in Santa Monica.
When Eleanor is riding the roller coaster by herself, in one shot her car is still tilted as if going around a curve when the rear screen projection behind her shows the track had already straightened out.
Frank gives Eleanor the car keys, but does not say which car they belong to.
