Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In the opening scene the dog barks aggressively at the kitten.
  • The dog goes through an intensely traumatic experience, though no harm befalls any character. In particular, the dog is convinced the kitten who was hiding in flour is killed and made into cookies. However, the audience knows that the kitten has already escaped and is perfectly safe, which makes the dog's mourning safely amusing until the kitten returns to the dog.
