Opening shots have Indian scout Wayne Thomas riding hard with an indian prisoner and holding the rein to the indian's horse but when they are chased by a band of indians for a short while Wayne isn't holding the rein and then he is again.
Footage of rocks and bushes are obviously superimposed precariously over the scene where the Indians are attacking a stagecoach. Some of the boulders seem to move in and out of the frame by themselves.
A motor, likely a generator, is audible during the dialogue of several scenes and is particularly noticeable at six minutes into the film. Motors could not have been a natural background noise in Nebraska during the 1860's.
